The facilities were beautiful and amazing. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and the ambience on the top floor was very nice with fire pits to sit and relax by. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of housekeeping. They came in the first day and restocked our bath linens. After that, for the next four days, we never saw them. Ran out of bath linens, coffee and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for these necessities. One person on our floor put a huge pile of dirty linens outside their door. Another put their overflowing trash cans outside their door. Our cans were overflowing as well. I would definitely stay here again but I would make sure to request housekeeping daily. Not to clean or change sheets. I never expected that. But to leave clean bath linens and check trash cans and toilet paper.

Gut für die Familie. Zimmergröße war gut. Obwohl das Hotel auf der Straße ist, sind die Zimmer weg von der Straße, daher ruhig. Hotel ist auch am Fluss und Zimmerbalkonen gegenüber dem Fluss, der schön ist. Eine Schwimmbad ist mit Schleife und Wasserfall. Der zweite Pool am anderen Ende des Hotels ist auch schön. Das Frühstück ist grundlegend. Es funktionierte gut für unsere Familie. Vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Haltestelle für kostenlose öffentliche Nostalgienbus (Blue Line Trolley), die Sie in wenigen Minuten nach Gatlinburg Zentrum führt (Aquarium ist letzte Haltestelle), kommt alle 15 Minuten. Sonst ist es 15 min.Wandern zum Stadtzentrum.

This place had SO much potential, but little by little, it proved to be a hotel I cannot recommend in good conscience. I booked a ‘Honeymoon Suite’ for my wife and I, from the date of January 21st to January 25th. The receptionist that checked us in was friendly, but was facing the dilemma of deciding which room to put my wife and me in, because a water line had burst the previous night, causing the cold water to shut off completely for the first couple days of our stay. The receptionist (at the time of my check-in), was likely also a/the manager, and she offered to switch our room out for another. I declined, however, due to the fact that none of the available, vacant rooms had jetted jacuzzi tubs in them, and the jetted tub was one of the biggest features which drew me into booking the room. We ended up staying in the original room (with the temporarily broken water line), and the manager told me it would be no issue to appropriately partially refund our money, or compensate us for the many issues we experienced, monetarily.

Dies ist eines der besten Orte, während in Gatlinburg zu bleiben. Es ist immer sauber sehr nahe zu allem und der Schwimmbad ist immer sauber auch. Service ist immer hervorragend. Gut immer versuchen Sie diesen Ort 1st, wenn Sie nach Gatlinburg gehen.

I was worried but I am glad I gave them a chance. Some of the reviews had me scared but my experience was great. First and most important to the person who said the place had bedbugs I looked trying to find one and I never did see any. The linen was so clean I honestly think it was new, the sheets and the towels. Mirrors had no streaks or spots on any of them. The shower had no water stains or spots. The fridge looked like it had never been used. It was so clean. I have never been able to sleep on a new bed without waking up to the worse back pain and for the first time ever the pain was less than as if I was at home in my own bed. Pleasantly surprised! I also seen some complaints about the breakfast so let me tell you….awesome! There was quite a selection to choose between biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt an assortment of juices, muffins and they kept it stocked clean and great! When I go back my next visit I will be looking to stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience.

I have stayed here at least 8 times in total. I've always felt appreciated and valued. The last two stays not at all like previous stays. The guy was rude. This time the lady put me in an undesirable room in a corner with no view of the river. I choose here to sit out on the back to enjoy it. This relaxes me after the long drive of 700+ miles. A hot shower and listening to the quiet natural surroundings. This time after putting my luggage in side I took the cart back. Open the door and saw nothing but bushes and to my left cars from other businesses I went back requested one of my other previous ones as the windows were open and they were vacant. She flat out said no. I cant help it. That's your room Period. Walked away. Then the guest above and their noise , running in and out screaming. Next the racoon knocked all night. No sleeping. Just asked as I went outside they laughed at me and got louder. Horrible. As schools r letting out. Probably be worse. So I'll probably choose different until they return to their earlier behavior

Das so genannte Teppich ist älter als ich glaube. Badezimmer-Sunk hat keine funktionierenden Sunk-Stopper, weil der Sunk-Fall nicht gemacht wird, um einen. Bilder, die ich gelernt habe, können angepasst werden. Das Hotel war älter, aber sauber. Bequem für Gatlinburg, und der Smoky Mountain Parkway. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was Sie brauchen, Mini-Kühlschrank, kleine Kaffeemaschine, Haartrockner. Aufzug zum zweiten und dritten Stock. Aber es war nicht bequem an beiden Enden der großen Außeneingänge. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Zimmer hatte einen Flachbild-TV, aber die Fernbedienungen funktionierten nicht. Wir wollten den Vordertisch anrufen, aber das Telefon funktionierte auch nicht. Als wir zum Vordertafel gingen, um ihnen zu sagen, sagten sie, sie wussten nicht, dass die Zimmer Telefone hatten. Sie gab uns eine neue Fernseher, die auch nicht funktionierte. Es gab nur 1 Waschbecken und Handtücher im Zimmer, aber sie gab uns mehr, als wir zum Vordertafel gingen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Der Pool war offen, aber nicht wie angekündigt erhitzt.
