KKareenCEverything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol!
Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited..
Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines.
Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm.
We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶
This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰

AAnonymer BenutzerEigentlich sollten wir 3 Tage und 2 Tage in diesem Hotel übernachten, aber wir verlängern immer wieder. Während ich diese Rezension schreibe, denke ich darüber nach, sie um einen weiteren Tag zu verlängern. Dieses Hotel verfügt über Shuttlebusse zum Disneyland und den Universal Studios! Direkt gegenüber dem Hotel befinden sich die Premium-Outlets!

MMaria PortoAusgezeichnete Lage und sehr praktisch für jeden, der die Universal Studios besucht. Die Pools sind ein Muss und das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr freundlich. Highlights: Flughafenshuttle (kostenpflichtig, Universal ShuttleStar), ganztägiger Bustransfer zum Citywalk alle paar Minuten (inklusive), früher Eintritt in den Park (inklusive), Pools bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet, Markt und Starbucks in der Lobby. Und der größte Pluspunkt für mich war die Tatsache, dass es keine strengen Check-in-Regeln gibt: Solange ein Zimmer frei ist, können Sie einchecken (wenn Sie zu verrückten Zeiten mit Kindern reisen, macht das einen großen Unterschied!).
Das Personal ist großartig, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl das Hotel immer sehr voll ist.
Die Zimmer sind sauber – Sie werden nicht jeden Tag bedient, aber Sie können nach allem fragen und werden vor der Tür abgesetzt. Auch hier war alles immer sauber, obwohl das Hotel sehr überfüllt war und Kinder überall herumliefen.
Werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

GGuest UserDas Hotel liegt zwischen Universal und Disney. Kostenloses Shuttlebus ist jedoch der Shuttlebus sehr besetzt. Hotel Frühstück sehr grundlegende und enttäuschend. Nicht viele Optionen. Schlafzimmer sind modern eingerichtet, jedoch einige Probleme. Bettbugs und Ants mussten um die ändern Blatt . Sie änderten nicht und als ich um die Reinigung des Zimmers fragte, blieb ich ignoriert, bis ich endlich ein höheres Personal einbezogen musste . Ant’s sicher ein Problem im Hotel . Das ist eine gute Sache, um die volle Größe des Bades zu bekommen. AC ist in einem Moment und kann nicht kontrolliert werden, so kann sehr kalt im Zimmer und das Bett ist dünn.

Personnel très accueillant et proactif!
Très bonne amplitude horaire pour les départs et arrivées
Service de navettes gratuites que ce soit aussi bien pour se rendre à EPCOT (non testée mais à partir de ce parc il est possible de se rendre notamment à magic kingdom via le monorail super pratique) et à Universal Studios.
Les horaires sont tôt le matin pour arriver et commencer dès l’ouverture
Enfin, l’hôtel est tout proche d’Universal Studios, très pratique pour rentrer potentiellement en taxi ou autre et profiter des nombreuses boutiques et animations le soir

Das Hotel hat eine renovierte Unterkunft, aber einige von ihnen fertigen das Zimmer nicht, es gibt einen alten Teil und es gibt Hühner, die dort leben.

Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included.

I was taking my nephew on a trip to Orlando, a little getaway to spoil him, on a small budget. I needed cheap, and I did my research. I’ll be honest, I read some of the reviews for Garnet Inn, and they weren’t all great. I can’t tell you about those peoples stay. But I can tell you about mine
My stay here was fantastic. We had a great time, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will stay here again, 100%
A few things to note- it’s a cheap hotel.
Is it fancy? No. Is it older? Yes.
Was it clean? Absolutely
The lobby is not impressive. It could be updated, the furniture looks a bit outdated, but was it clean? Yea it was! Was the price affordable? Yes it was!
The room has everything I needed. 2 beds. Lots of pillows. A huge tv mounted on the wall. A fridge. A microwave. A bar of soap. A package of shampoo. Fresh clean towels and sheets. The room was clean. Floors were clean. Bathroom was clean. The mirror was spotless. I have zero complaints on cleanliness.
I chose a pool view room. Which we loved. Let me tell you about the pool. It was very clean, and there is a kiddie pool and an adult pool. Both were great. The kiddie pool is 1 foot deep. Great for kids who can’t swim, or who just what to splash around. The adult pool is big, clean, has stairs, a railing and even a lift.
The staff- everyone was super friendly to me. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Life was simple here
The breakfast- your getting the basics. Cereal, waffles, toast. Coffee and juice and milk. There was lots. It did not run out. It’s included in your stay, at that cheap of a price guess what? It’s sufficient
Room cleaning- housekeeping came everyday. Made the bed. Cleaned the garbage and changed my towels. I didn’t have to ask. They just did it.
The location- close to everything. 10 min drive to anywhere you want to go. There is a really good restaurant in the same parking lot, as well as a 7/11. There is a McDonald’s a 3 min walk down the street.
To sum it up, could it be fancier? Sure. But if it was you wouldn’t be getting this cheap of a price. All my needs were met, it was comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. I will be staying here again, no doubt !
