Die Hotelrezeption hübsche Serviceeinstellung, geduldig und nachdenklich, der Fahrer des Flughafenshuttles ist sehr engagiert, das Flugzeug um 5 Uhr morgens, das vor 4:50 an der Tür wartet, hat mich auch gefragt, welche Fluggesellschaft ist, und? schickte mich in die Luft Die entsprechende Türöffnung des Jogging-Gepäcks.

Very clean bedrooms, nice staff, ameneties are great and of course close to everything in downtown Madison. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay at the Concourse. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean and quiet. You can't beat the location! It is so close to everything. The fitness center was clean and had an open feel. I really appreciated the shuttle to the bus stop. I didn't take photos of my room but attached is my view. Gorgeous! My only thing was I was looking forward to a quiet drink and dinner. The restaurant was closed and the bar was packed and very noisy. I ended up just walking over to State Street for the quiet I was seeking. Again it's so close to everything so it all worked out.

Liebe dieses Hotel! Wir haben in diesem Objekt viele Male in den Jahren während unseres Jahres Black Friday Shopping Weekends auf dem Objekt geblieben. Wir haben dieses Hotel immer sehr ruhig und sauber gefunden, mit komfortablen Betten, aktualisierten Badezimmern, einem warmen und willkommenen Eingang und einem unglaublich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Front-Desk-Personal (Danke Lucy! ) günstige Lage in der Nähe von großen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielen Mahlzeiten.

Die Person, die mich ins Haus prüfte, war schwer zu verstehen und es schien nicht so, als wollte jemand mich morgens aussehen. Zwei Leute, eine auf seinem Telefon und drei andere, die dort gerade sitzen. Ich musste etwas sagen, um jemand von ihnen etwas zu tun.

Die Umgebung ist auf der Autobahn, der Spaziergang ist nicht sehr bequem, das Fenster öffnet sich ein wenig und schläft, aber das Fenster ist sehr ruhig. Das ist ein Hotel, das ich noch nie lebte, das Fenster öffnet, und es muss nicht durch Klimaanlage gemütlich wechseln. Das Zimmer ist normalerweise Frühstück, die Hoteleinrichtungen sind etwas alt, aber die Hygiene ist sehr sauber, Sie können kostenlos parken. Der Hinterhof ist sehr groß und ein Parkplatz ist sehr groß, viele Bäume sind groß und Sie können unter dem großen Baum parkieren, um die Sonne nicht zu fahren. Der Servicepersonal ist auch sehr enthusiastisch ❤️

Everything was great with the hotel staff location first night was awesome second night was not so pleasant very rude guest that was on the same floor made it very uncomfortable plus she had the biggest dog ever could not control it and was very mean dog I got stuck on the steps with her coming up and the dog wanted to come after me so I had to go up a few more steps and wait for her to go by she had her music on her phone so loud and took her forever and I was not about to move off them steps until they were out of my view mentioned a little bit to the front desk when checked out but they did not seem to care too much about it but I'm pretty sure they knew who I was talking about

Great place to stay and affordability is excellent with free breakfast. I would recommend this place because the staff is dedicated to make your stay great. The rooms and the general motel itself are very clean with a great location that gives you many options.

The staff was very friendly when I arrived, and checkout was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I also requested a 6am wake-up call, and they followed through right on time, which was very helpful. My room was clean, the heater worked well, and overall I was happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A couple of downsides: there’s no elevator, so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs to my room. Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options to choose from. The only other issue was the atmosphere in the common areas. While this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, there were a a few guests who made things feel a bit uncomfortable. One person was loudly arguing and swearing in the hallway and at the front desk, and another guest appeared to be staying long-term, scolding her kids and a baby running around the breakfast area in just a diaper. It gave the public spaces a slightly uneasy vibe, even though the staff handled things as best they could and were consistently kind and professional. Overall, I had a clean and comfortable stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed a place in a pinch — I’d just keep expectations modest regarding amenities and the general lobby/hallway environment.

The location is excellent for my job. The pillows pretty much suck. They need to invest in new ones! The continental breakfast is lacking. Nothing hot but a toaster, waffle maker and coffee. They SOMETIMES have hard boiled eggs and danish.
