From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Der einzige Grund, warum ich die Ausstattung nicht mit der Höchstnote bewerte, ist, dass der Fernseher kein Smart-TV ist und man sein Handy nicht verbinden kann, um Netflix oder Filme zu schauen, da alle Sender auf Portugiesisch sind, außer es gibt spanische.

Ehrlich gesagt, hat mir alles gefallen. Wenn ich etwas bemängeln müsste, dann wäre es der Lärm des Reinigungspersonals um 9 Uhr morgens. Obwohl ich beruflich dort war, konnte ich mir morgens etwas Ruhe gönnen, aber um 9 Uhr hörte ich bereits die Reinigungskräfte im Flur und in den anderen Zimmern.

Ich war hier, um an einer Veranstaltung teilzunehmen und habe nicht so viel Zeit im Zimmer verbracht. Ich kann sagen, das Hotel ist gut und näher an dem Ort, an dem die Veranstaltung stattfand.

Не понимаю восторженных отзывов. По мне средний хостел. При бронировании была одна цена, при заселении сказали, что произошла техническая ошибка и запросили 10 евро доплатить сверху. Т.к. добиралась до него долго и сил искать новое жильё не было, пришлось оплатить. Считаю недопустимым такое отношение к бронированию. По сути это квартира, переделанная под хостел. Внутри темно, даже мрачно. Света не хватает, окна постоянно закрыты жалюзями. Кому-то может это нормально, мне не понравилось. Внутри комнаты, 2 санузла, кухня. Уборка нормальная, помещение чистое. Ресепшн на месте только до 17 часов. Можно заселиться дистанционно. Не понравилась постель- простыня в катышках с волосами. Как будто её не меняют. Расположен далеко от достопримечательностей, пол часа минимум надо идти пешком.

Un hotel bastante completo, no está en el centro centro y la zona por la noche es muy sola, instalaciones muy buenas, habitaciones muy bonitas, buena relación calidad precio, buen desayuno. Hemos tenido un problema en l recepción ya que nos dijeron primero que si y luego q si y luego que si había que pagar tasas de la ciudad. Yo explique y demostré que ya las había pagado pero según ellos a ellos trip no se las había pagado por lo q me tocó volver a pagarlas lo cual me dejo un poco impresionada. Por otro lado los secadores son súper antiguos y se recalientan y apagan a los 30 segundos y dejan de funcionar hasta dentro de 3 minutos así que mejor llevar secador.

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und delikat mit vielen nahrhaften Optionen, und es gibt Bushaltestellen beim Ausgehen. Es gab jedoch Mücken im Hotel, und es war sehr kaputt. Ich wurde mitten in der Nacht von Mücken geweckt. Es gab mehrere Taschen, kein Mückenschutzmittel und kein Mückenschutzmittel.

Das Hotel war blitzsauber und die Angestellten waren am Tag des Stromausfalls sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig; der einzige Nachteil war, dass zwischen dem Fußende des Bettes und der Wand kaum Platz zum Bewegen war. Ansonsten war alles fantastisch!

Nos guardaron las maletas tanto a la entrada como a la salida. El hotel tiene mucho encanto, manteniendo la esencia que tendría hace 50 años. Todo muy limpio tanto sábanas, toallas, habitación... El servicio era genial y para lo que nos costó contaba con un desayuno muy cumpleto aunque lo mejor eran las vistas que se tenían de todo Oporto y Villa Nova de Gaia. Parada de bus enfrente y metro a 8 minutos, aunque tan sólo en 15 minutos andando estás en el centro, muy recomendable. Por poner un pero almahadas muy blandas y pequeñas.
