Excellent Stay with Outstanding Staff Support We stayed one night at Del Rio in Iloilo and it turned out to be a memorable experience, thanks mainly to the incredibly caring and professional Front Office staff. During our stay, I suddenly experienced a massive abdominal pain . The FO team was amazing — they immediately assisted me, provided painkillers, prepared a hot compress, and even called a medic to ensure I received proper treatment. Their genuine concern and quick action really made us feel well taken care of. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. The breakfast the next morning was incredible, with a wide variety of choices ranging from delicious local Iloilo dishes to continental options. Everything was fresh and tasty — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved having direct access to the Esplanade, which made for a perfect morning run with beautiful views. The only downside was that the pool was not operating during our visit. Overall, despite the short stay, Del Rio left a very positive impression because of its helpful staff and great breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Iloilo. Highly recommended!

Days Hotel is amongst the oldest hotels in Iloilo located near Atrium in 4th & 5th floors. I arrived early as I wasn’t feeling well and they accommodated me an hour prior my check in . It is also near health and wellness facilities . The bedroom has two double king sized bed with en suite facilities , so spacious and immaculately clean. April ( one of the staff) kindly prepared our breakfast too as I need to check out at 5:30am. I paid £50 to book for the room good for 3 people. Due to myself feeling unwell I didn’t take photos I just want to rest straight away which was very cozy indeed. It was a very nice experience I enjoyed the facial and full body massaged also.

The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Best location in the city, with walkable attractions, and situated in the city center. The room and facilities are well-maintained, with exceptional service from food servers, waiters, and receptionists who are very accommodating and speak good English.

We recently stayed at J7 Plaza Hotel as a couple, and it was such a pleasant experience. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing stay after a long day exploring the city. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. Das Hotel liegt strategisch günstig im Stadtzentrum und ist Teil eines Einkaufszentrums, sodass alles Notwendige nur wenige Schritte von der Lobby entfernt ist. Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe, und auch der Pier ist nicht weit entfernt – ideal für einen kurzen Bootsausflug zur Insel Guimaras. Die Zimmer sind sauber und alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmerpreise sind sehr günstig! Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir Iloilo City in Zukunft besuchen! 😍

Das Zimmer ist großartig. Lage ist in der Nähe von SM City Iloilo, zu Fuß. In der Nähe der Ablenkungsstraße, erwartete ich nicht, dass unser Zimmer einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Tauch und sogar ein Essentisch hat. Genau wie ein Pad. Wir blieben im Zimmer in Bangkok, nur so wissen, dass das kostenlose WLAN nicht das Zimmer erreichen kann.

Das Personal war freundlich.. ich habe hier vor gebucht und der Service war gut.. nur Handtücher wurde bereitgestellt und keine anderen.. der Ort war gut ... Das Zimmer war im 3. Stock gelegen und Sie müssen nur Treppen verwenden, es ist ok.. Ich sollte sagen, dass ich immer noch in Reddoorz ledesco bleiben werde..
