"Es ist an einem bequemen Ort, aber das Zeichen ist schwer zu verstehen und ist der Eingang nach dem Garten, so dass ich mich nicht überrascht. Da es ein alter Ort ist, der Treppen verwendet, aber das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß. Ich konnte nicht per E-Mail oder Telefon kontaktieren, also versuchte ich, die Ankunft zu beantragen, aber ich habe aufgegeben. Das Frühstück ist sehr groß und der Frühstückstag in einem nahegelegenen Mode-Café ist besonders gut."

This hotel are super clean and comfortable. Personally I like the hotel interior with full of Nepalese culture and design. The boss are very friendly and resourceful. He recommended tour guide to bring us around and artist for good artworks. Will surely come back for the next trips.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt im Terrassen. Die Aussicht auf den Katmandu-Tal war erstaunlich und die Bergblicke während der klareren Himmel waren es wert. Der Service war Spitze und jeder war so freundlich und hilfreich. Die FnB Manger Suman ist sehr freundlich und zögert nicht, zusätzliche Meilen zu gehen, um den besten Service zu bieten. Wir werden sicherlich zurück zu The Terraces, wenn wir wieder nach Nepal reisen.

Das Zimmer ist groß, das Bett ist sehr bequem und es gibt einen großen Balkon auf dem Dach. Der Chef ist super begeistert, sagt mir, wie man eine Telefonkarte kauft, verschiedene Richtlinien, hilft mir beim Anrufen des Autos. Ihre Familie lebt seit mehr als 300 Jahren in diesem Haus und liegt ganz in der Nähe des Patan-Palastes. Es ist von weißen Türmen und kleinen Teichen umgeben. Außerdem werden jetzt nepalesische Mücken empfohlen, und es wird empfohlen, Mückenschutztabletten aufzuladen.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The cafe is excellent and offers a very delicious breakfast. Location is also very good. Room is a bit old and furniture are not very nice. I would recommend the management to renovate room 36. 😉

Premium Guest House managed by KGH which stands for Kathmandu Guest House. This is their Patan branch. Not as polished as their main outlet in Thamel but a very nicely reconstructed Newari building in the bustling commercial area of Patan surrounded by cool little cafes and restaurants. The rooms are clean, neat and bright with all.basic amenities. Their most economical room category, the one we booked (room 501) was about 20% smaller than advertised on trip.com. Beware that there is no elevator. For us staying on the 5th floor was not a problem but for some it might be too much of a climb All in all we had a good stay, staff was friendly and Mr Richin the manager is very good at managing the hotel. Recommended

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Suite Homes Service Apartment. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and offered a beautiful valley view that made the experience feel peaceful and refreshing.The highlight of my stay was enjoying a yummy breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the stunning scenery — such a perfect way to start the day! The food was fresh, tasty, and served with warm hospitality. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Even for just one night, it felt like a mini getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

Чудеснейший отель! Очень внимательный персонал, замечательное, спокойное, даже умиротворенное место. С точки зрения посещения на пару дней Лалитпура - идеальное расположение, рядом с площадью Дурбар, но при этом не шумно и - что немаловажно - не пыльно. Будьте внимательны - это исторический отель (heritage hotel) - невысокий потолок прямо в комнате согласно лучшим традициям неварской архитектуры. Вкуснейшая еда в ресторане (и завтрак, и ужин).

A Perfect Home Away From Home! We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Mandevilla Home in Lalitpur and cannot recommend it enough! The Location: Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet residential area, yet incredibly convenient. Shops and great restaurants are just a short, easy walk away. The Apartment: Exceptionally spacious! It was wonderful having a separate bedroom, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The Hospitality: The owner was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even delivering a delicious breakfast straight to our apartment. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Kathmandu!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The check-in process was exceptionally quick and smooth, which made my arrival very comfortable and hassle-free. The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Overall, the service, comfort, and hospitality were excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service. I would definitely love to visit again!

It is a lovely resort, and the scenery is nice. Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I expected it to be. I arrived at 3 AM on my first night; luckily, there was a staff to help us check-in. However, when we went inside our room, we had no hot water for the shower, and the toilet smelled really bad. It must have been an ongoing issue, as I see a scented diffuser inside the toilet. The following day, my other friends shared that they had very hot water in their rooms, and it was so hot that they had difficulties showering. To my surprise, the hot water issue was fixed in the afternoon, but the smelly toilet remained the same. We had to check out three nights earlier as the smell was unbearable. The spa has not opened, and the gym looks like it hasn't been touched for years. It's a great place if you don't expect to use the spa and the gym.
