GGastnutzerSchöne Wohnungen: sauber, komfortabel, ruhig, perfekte Lage in einem historischen Zentrum. Sehr nett Gastgeber: Wir kamen früh für uns, wir bereiteten in 30 Minuten ein Zimmer, sagten, wo was sich befindet, gab eine Karte. Frühstück wurde aus lokalen Lebensmitteln und aus allen Hauskochen gemacht, die besonders wertvoll ist. Insgesamt empfehle ich diesen Ort sehr und wenn ich in Lecce bin, werde ich sicherlich hier wieder mit Freude bleiben:)

GGastnutzerIt was great to stay at this wonderful palace with histrory of caring children in the past. The facilities, location and quality of food were best but first of all, the warmest hospitality of all the staffs especially Francesco is the best reason why we should stay at this palace!

RRowena Yin TingAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

GGastnutzerOverall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent.
However, there are some significant downsides.
First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking.
Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy.
Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising.
Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night.
The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

CChristutiGroßer Ort mit erstaunlichem, freundlichem, freundlichem Personal. Sie waren alle sehr aufmerksam und auf dem bereit. Kostenlose Parkplätze um das Gebäude waren kein Problem. Große Strände sind nur etwa 25-30 Minuten Fahrt entfernt. Sie haben bestimmte Aktivitäten und Empfehlungen, wenn Sie nicht mit einem Plan kommen, aber es gibt sicherlich viele Orte, um zu überprüfen. Buchet ein privates Zimmer für 2 Personen und es war groß und geräumig. Das gemeinsame Badezimmer und Dusche waren im gleichen Stock und sehr nah. Typische Hostel Vibes. Würde empfehlen und überlegen, wieder zu bleiben.

Die Straße ist wirklich etwas laut; aber ich benutze trotzdem die Ohrringe, so hat mich nicht Probleme verursacht
Das Bett ist gut, nicht so viel Kissen
Die AC ist zentral über die Wohnung kontrolliert und ich fühlte es ein wenig schwach, wenn Sie in den heißesten Monaten des Jahres reisen, auch es ist direkt über dem Bett so nicht wirklich schön, weil es direkt auf Ihrem Kopf bläst

MMarcela C.The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast is amazing (tea/coffee, milk, yogurth, croissant, mermelade, cereals and cake). On Sunday breakfast is served in a cafeteria 300mts but is just coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Spotless clean, great and very hot shower. It has a fridge. Our room was the smallest one, the others are much bigger, but for us it was perfect. Easy to check in and Julia was very kind. Highly recommended!!!
