GGastnutzerDie gesamte Erfahrung war großartig, von der zunächst das Zimmer und die um die Anlage zeigten, Zugang zum Museum jederzeit und eine kostenlose individuelle Tour des Museums , die sich auf die beiden anderen Einrichtungen, die sie innerhalb von wenigen hundert Yards. Das Zimmer, das ich ein paar Fotos hochgeladen hatte, war höchste mein einziger kleiner Krumm wäre flüssig Seife statt Seifenbaren

RRowena Yin TingAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

GGastnutzerOverall, the hotel left a good impression: recently renovated, clean, and very conveniently located between the central railway station and the Old Town, close to one of the main entrances to the historic center. The mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels were of good quality, and the sleep comfort was excellent.
However, there are some significant downsides.
First, there is an additional cleaning fee of €53 for two nights (€26.5 per day), which represents around 40% of the accommodation cost. The cleaning was limited to making the bed; the minibar was not refilled and the towels were not changed. This fee was not clearly included in the total price at the time of booking.
Second, there is no natural daylight in the room. My room, like most rooms in the hotel, does not have windows facing outside — all windows (a glass door, a large window and a small window) face the internal hall and reception area. As a result, no daylight enters the room and the curtains have to remain closed for privacy.
Third, complimentary water is not provided. Although the three bottles of water in the minibar were not charged at check-out, which I appreciated, the absence of free bottled water as a standard amenity was surprising.
Check-in is only possible between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, which is much more limited than standard international practice. The room was also quite cold, and the heating system was not intuitive to operate. Additionally, since the hotel is located in a residential building, noise from upstairs (footsteps, conversations) was clearly audible, even late at night.
The hotel is good in terms of quality and location, but the additional charges and organizational aspects significantly affect the overall experience.

LLittle Prince 小王子We got a deluxe double room which has a second floor with sofa. Everything is clean and new in a historic building. Great toiletry amenities. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with selected items on the rooftop with a great view of the old town.
Close to railway station and old town. Would stay here again

GGastnutzerIt was a surprise to find out this superior suit for our family of three with our nine years old son. Everything was there, even a little screwdriver to fix a toy. Super close to the railway station and a pleasant walk to the old town. Friendly service and useful support for any information requested.

Sehr gutes Gebiet rund um mit Nachtaktivität und weniger als 50 Meter vom Meer entfernt.

GGastnutzerEin wundervolles Wochenende in einer wunderschönen Stadt, die ich vorher noch nicht kannte. Das Hotel liegt praktisch direkt am Bahnhofsvorplatz. Das Gebäude hat seinen klassischen, gepflegten Standard bewahrt. Die Lobby ist sehr geräumig und bietet verschiedene Bereiche, darunter klassisch eingerichtete Sitzecken. Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über einen separaten begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein großes, renoviertes Badezimmer. Das kontinentale Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die Nähe des Hotels zum Bahnhof war ausschlaggebend für unsere Wahl, aber wenn wir nach Lecce zurückkehren würden, würden wir wieder hier übernachten. Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Ein großes Lob an alle, die sich um all dies kümmern! Francesco Ricciardi – Rom

GGastnutzerThis was an excellent little find. Perfect location near lots of cute boutique shops and quaint streets. The restaurant choice around us was vast and our hotel service staff were as helpful as could be.
The room was small but fine for what we needed. Breakfast was simple and lovely.
One thing to prep for, the air conditioning unit was old and didn't work very well. Bring an extra fan. I'd recommend it for a few days stay.

Das Bett ist gut, nicht so viel Kissen
Die AC ist zentral über die Wohnung kontrolliert und ich fühlte es ein wenig schwach, wenn Sie in den heißesten Monaten des Jahres reisen, auch es ist direkt über dem Bett so nicht wirklich schön, weil es direkt auf Ihrem Kopf bläst
Überall eine schöne Erfahrung für mich und schöne Aussicht

MMarcela C.The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast is amazing (tea/coffee, milk, yogurth, croissant, mermelade, cereals and cake). On Sunday breakfast is served in a cafeteria 300mts but is just coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Spotless clean, great and very hot shower. It has a fridge. Our room was the smallest one, the others are much bigger, but for us it was perfect. Easy to check in and Julia was very kind. Highly recommended!!!
