We had a wonderful stay at Lebua Udaipur. What truly stood out was the staff — everyone was incredibly attentive, kind and genuinely committed to making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. We had either lunch or dinner included, and even when something wasn’t quite to our taste, they immediately offered to prepare something else for us. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. A special mention to the management, the reception team and Patrick and his restaurant team — everyone was exceptionally helpful, warm and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself is newly opened and beautifully designed. The entire property has been created to give you the feeling of staying in an old Indian palace, with beautiful details and a very distinctive atmosphere. A beautiful hotel made even more special by the people who work there. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would be happy to return.

Truly Royal Rajasthan Erfahrung bei Fatehgarh. Liebe jeder Minute des Aufenthaltes, von der schaumlosen Check-in bis zum ödmjuken und extrem gründlichen Personal. Ich bin froh, dass ich Fatehgarh über die anderen 5 Sterne in Udaipur gewählt habe, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern. Die 360 atemberaubende Aussicht, der Mondaufgang und der Sonnenaufgang/Sonnenuntergang. Es gibt 2 Schwimmbads im Gebäude, sowohl unendliche Sicht als auch extrem sauber. Die Zimmergröße ist größer als ich erwartet hatte. Cherry auf dem Kuchen, die nachhaltigen Praktiken am Eigentum von der Solarkraft bis zum Recycling von Wasser, Null Kunststoff-Nutzen. Die Vintage-Autosammlung ist exquisit, und die Vintage-Autofahrt ist eine Muss zu versuchen Erfahrung mit Mohan Singh. Besondere Erwähnung für Akshay und Bharath, um unseren Aufenthalt zu beunruhigen und zu erinnern. Das Essen mit Blick auf die Stadt Udaipur und Kerzenlichte ist überraschend. Kudos an das Fateh Collection Team, um so viel Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details in jeder Ecke und in jeder Aspect des Resorts zu legen. Ich empfehle das sehr an alle, die sich für eine entspannende und rejuvenierende Urlaubserfahrung suchen.

Good and bad experience Everything about this property is amazing Food is good Service is top notch Location is excellent The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it. My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before. We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things. If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in. And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones. Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future. And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

Lage: Perfekt, nur 2 Gehminuten zum Stadtpalast. Nur beachten Sie, dass Autos nicht an die Tür des Hotels kommen können, weil es sich in der Stepperei befindet. Das Personal: sehr willkommen , vor allem Nitesh, und versucht uns zu helfen, unsere Reise in Udaipur mit ihren Empfehlungen zu genießen, ohne irgendeinen Druck auf die Hoteldienstleistungen zu verkaufen. Dies ist eine hervorragende Arbeit für alle, vom Bellboy und Türmeister bis zur Rezeption und zum Restaurantpersonal. Das Zimmer: sehr sauber, großartig Dusche, erstaunliche Aussicht auf den See. Sehr minimalistische Dekorationen und auch schreiben Sie Ihren Namen auf einem Schaltschrank neben Ihrem Zimmer, das schön ist. Die Küche: Das Mittagessen war so lecker, wir essen Biryani. Der Komplimentartee auf dem Dach für den Sonnenuntergang war eine erstaunliche Idee von den Hotelleitern. Wir mögen das Frühstück nicht so sehr, es war so einfach und völlig anders als die Bilder auf Google Maps, aber die erstaunliche Einstellung und Verhalten des Personals macht dieses Thema unerwähnt. Eines ist, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt, so müssen Sie die Treppen für 3-4 Ebene, da es 3 Ebenen für die Zimmer und das Restaurant auf der 4. Ebene. Aber wenn Sie so jung wie wir sind, dann wäre es kein Problem und in diesem schönen Hotel zu bleiben, das wert ist, um Treppen zu klettern.

Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.  I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

Decent hotel with pretty good amenities and walking distance to most facilities nearby. Some minor niggles with air-conditioning issues and toilet flush not working, but nothing major.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained. The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options. The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

A beautiful, stylish, boutique hotel with a lake view. It is not directly on the lake shore, but is separated by a road and a piece of someone's property under construction that spoils the view, especially when the wind blows stronger and lifts the black tarpaulin. The interior of the hotel is tastefully decorated, in beautiful pastel, calming colors and has that Rajasthani, traditional vibe. My room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean, with complimentary shower accessories and dental kits and also has a window, so you can enjoy the view while taking a shower. There is generally no noise from the road and you can sleep peacefully, as long as your neighbors in the rooms next to and above your room are mindful of the house rules. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Mayan who allowed me to check in very early, as soon as I arrived around 8am, without insisting that I wait for the usual check-in time, and who provided me with as many bottles of water as I requested, free of charge. The view from the restaurant's roof terrace is beautiful at dusk and at night. If the walls were painted seasonally and the rooms freshened up, it would contribute even more to the overall experience, but even this way you get excellent value for money.

When we first arrived our booked room was unavailable so they put us in a deluxe room with a living area and balcony.... But the festival was so loud. It was good for photos but not for sleeping. Unfortunately the room had a strong smoking smell so the next day we switched to the room booked the double room for family. Honestly we liked 408 much better than fancy room.... It was one flight from the restaurant. We didn't like the set breakfast that comes with room but the restaurant upstairs has a super good american breakfast with imported USA bacon. Best breakfast we've had in india in 3 weeks. Worth the extra money. Also get 15 percent off if staying at the hotel. The service was fantastic The only negative is cannot take taxi directly to hotel but you can take a tuk tuk or call hotel they will send boys to carry luggage up for you. Other than that location is perfect.

A mixed review. Staff were very helpful in arranging flowers for my wife and the location is perfect, right on the lake with a lovely view of the ghat and sunrise. But this also means that things can get noisy at night, especially during a festival. The room was tired and smelt. Shower wasn't very clean. Breakfast was okay but staff tried to insist on guests eating breakfast inside which was very strange given that there was an outside dining area with a beautiful (world class) view of sunrise. The hotel restaurant was overpriced, chaotic and very loud. Priority on tables was given to groups who didn't order food or drinks, took insta pictures and then left. At the same time, several families were turned away. Tried to order a diet coke, was told that we couldn't have one despite them being in the fridge. Kingfisher was 600 a bottle which is a 240% mark up from the wine shops. Overall, great location let down by some tired rooms and poor service.
