II.saatWir liebten das Frühstücksbuffet so eine große Vielfalt und alles war lecker. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Das Front Desk Personal war freundlich und effizient, und die Wächter waren konsequent aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt, ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist eine chique Lage, das Zimmer wurde im Hauptgebäude genommen. Schöne und gut konzipierte Gegend, das Personal ist willkommen, immer interessiert für unsere Wünsche. Der Pool ist klein, aber die Zimmer mit Gartenblick und Clubs haben ihre Pools, so waren wenige Menschen, ruhig war es möglich, auf der Lüge zu liegen.
Ich mochte die besessenen Taxifahrer beim Eingang zum Hotel nicht. Ich nannte den Uber, so dass sie uns nicht von dem Fahrer holen lassen! Es war notwendig, ein wenig höher zu klettern (auf das Gokolam Hotel) und nur dort konnten wir in den Auto. Sehr unbehaglich, und für ein Hotel dieser Klasse ist nicht klar, warum sie die Parkplätze eines Taxis zulassen, fühlte sich nicht sicher! Beachten Sie, dass wenn Sie den Reiniger verwenden, der Fahrer nicht in der Lage sein, auf das Gebiet des Hotels und sogar zum Tor zu gehen, Sie müssen auf der Straße weiter gehen, nur dort können Sie im Auto sitzen, durch diese Mafia von Taxifahrern.

Bettblatt - braucht mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Reinigung. Bitte prüfen Sie vor der Anwendung.
Sie haben mich sogar auf das Frühstück kostenlos für alle Tage meines Aufenthaltes ohne zu fragen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wenn Sie Thiruvananthapuram besuchen, dann ist das der Ort, an dem Sie gehen können, wenn Sie einen guten Deal erhalten.

GGavinAngOverall, I am happy to stay here throughout this one week simply because all the staff are super friendly. Greetings to me every day and smile all the time.
Only some personal comments regarding the hotel access card, no disturb/ clean my room card are not 5 star hotel standard.
Most importantly is the hygiene issues need some effort or improvement. The drinking water cap is dirty, the cup is dirty, the wall gets mouldy, etc.
Most of the food in the restaurant is not available. Advice to simplify the menu.
Gym facilities are old, some already spoiled and not fixing yet. No towel provided.

GGastnutzerIt is a shared apartment/a rental in the nice residential area of Trivandrum. The host was a very kind and welcoming person. Even though we just stayed a night, we would love to be back. It was reasonably priced and decent, quite close to some good restaurants and usually quiet and safe streets and neighbourhood. It is quite close to both the train station and the airport (about 15 minutes). Recommended for families.

GGastnutzerFor the premium pricing, the value proposition is lacking. I would recommend the management to seriously invest in upgrading the rooms, amenities, and overall infrastructure to deliver a better and more future-ready experience.
The amenities feel stuck in the past. If the property wants to stay competitive in 2025 and beyond, they definitely need to revamp and modernize their offerings

SShijin S ShajiThis hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Opt for this hotel if you get it cheap but don't be under the delusion that you'll get a 4-star experience!

GGastnutzerLocation was good but it looks like the hotel gives you sub standard rooms if you book through mmt, the bed had very rough bedsheet, broken washroom soap holder, broken fan regulator, all that could have been done before the guest could check in.

GGastnutzerThe hotel’s cleanliness was satisfactory, but the food left much to be desired. Not only was it of poor quality, but it was also outrageously overpriced. The breakfast selection was shockingly limited. I didn’t use room service, so i can’t speak to that. The room itself was decent, but there were glaring issues: the wash basin in the toilet is mounted far too low, making it an awkward struggle for taller guests. Worse yet, the closet seat cover was improperly installed, adding to the discomfort. When i requested a slightly later checkout, the front office manager bluntly refused, citing that since i booked, no flexibility was allowed. As a result, i had to pack up and leave by 9:30 am, which was completely inconvenient. I won’t be staying here again, and i certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent experience.
