Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Personal war das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Sie waren schön und hilfsbereit im ganzen und nur sehr schön und lächelnd.

It was really quiet and good place Food also very good

We were a bunch of 4 lads. Stayed in the Quadruple room. Pretty clean. The room service guys were polite and helpful... No intercom nor any chairs to sit inside. But we setup a place right outside the room. You have to phone the front desk for everything. Good parking and open spaces to play. Good was ok. Not bad. The receptionist guy was a bit grumpy. Apart from that nice chill place .!!

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt im Rosewood. Willkommen war ästhetisch. Lage ist im Zentrum des Ooty. Zusätzliches Frühstück bereitgestellt wurde so dedikiert, geschmackvoll und organisiert. Liebe die Atmosphäre.

Sie akzeptieren keine internationale Kreditkarte, es ist enttäuscht für Ausländer.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were large enough. The restaurent , buffet breakfast is good. Need to watchout the hot water timings. overall a nice property.

The hotel is located in a very good location. Veg and Non veg good options available around. Easy access to Commercial road. Room is old styled, TV was not working. Hot water was available in the morning only. Breakfast was not included. Hotel needs be worked on facilities they provide.

The stay ar the welcome heritage fernhills palace ooty was excellent. Right from the welcome to the rooms to the service everything was top notch. I would like to add that make my trip never disappoints. However i just have one concern regarding the car and the driver. The driver otherwise was extreme cooperative but did not understand tamil or english and was comfortable only with malayalam. Overall it was a very nice experience, apart from the car and the driver.

It has been a fantabulous stay, the location is perfect for couples moreover the staff behaviours is a must say ..The kind of hospitality they forecasted I must say its one of a kind..Overall Excellent Experience.. Dont think twice.. just go for it..
