Helpful staff. Clean room. Very hot water. Great budget room

Die Eincheckung war einfach und das Personal ist freundlich, aber ich hatte drei Teilzimmer reserviert, aber diese sind sehr klein, die nicht geeignet ist 3. Bett, ich muss extra zahlen, um das Zimmer zu ändern. Badezimmer sind nicht sehr sauber und Bad ist sehr klein Zimmerservice nimmt nicht das Telefon, muss die Rezeption anrufen. Nicht ein 4-star Hotel, wie im Google-Geschäft erwähnt

Stay was cool and perfect at Nice food and Amazing House Keeping service by mahipal during the stay. made sure the room was always tidy and arranged, bed was clean and comfortable with nice look. bathroom was sanitized properly with clean towels and nice amenities the hotel view is so beautiful. Highly recommended

The deluxe room was spacious and clean, and the service was also good. Amenities like TV, fridge, AC etc were working properly and the staff was also polite. Housekeeping also did a good job in changing the sheets and cleaning the floor.

we have visited Vrindavan on 11 April 2025, Property is good in terms of location(300m from main road), food is too good however there is shortage of staff due to which services are not good and zero cleanliness on the stairs, lifts were not even working so you might have to use stairs where all the used tissue papers and broken glasses lying down.
