Unser Aufenthalt im Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty war wirklich das Highlight unserer Kerala Reise. Wir blieben in der 2-bedroom Villa und jeder Teil der Erfahrung überstieg unsere Erwartungen. Die Gastfreundschaft war von dem Moment, an dem wir angekommen waren, außergewöhnlich. Das Personal war warm, aufmerksam, professionell und immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. Sie können wirklich die Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit, die sie ihren Gästen geben. Die Villa selbst war geräumig, luxuriös, komfortabel und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Atmosphäre, Sauberkeit, Einrichtungen und schöne Wasserfront-Aussichten machten unser Aufenthalt unglaublich entspannend und wertvoll. Nachdem wir über mehrere Orte in Kerala reisen, war dies der einzige Aufenthalt, der wirklich jeden Penny wert fühlte. Danke für das ganze Team für unsere Reise so erinnerebar. Wir würden sicher lieben, in Zukunft wieder zurückzukehren.

Ein ziemlich neues Hotel mit begrenzten Zimmern, aber der Service mehr als kompensiert für jede Nachteile. Sehr freundliches Personal, anständiges Buffet auf dem Angebot, gute Lage, wenn Sie nach Frieden und Ruhe suchen, und direkt neben einem guten Mall gelegen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt

I recently stayed at Forte Kochi in India and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with a private courtyard pool that adds to the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. With plenty to do nearby, we truly enjoyed our time and would gladly return.

Wir blieben hier zweimal, um den Flughafen zu erreichen. Das erste Mal in einer Suite, die sehr groß war und für uns drei genug Raum hatte, machten sie für unseren Sohn ein Bett auf. Das Personal war willkommen und freundlich. Flughafenshuttle ist immer verfügbar. Die Betten waren wirklich komfortabel Das Essen war gut. Der Pool war groß und gut zu erfrisschen. Insgesamt ist sicher ein guter Ort zum Aufenthalt für den Flughafen Kochi. Nur negative, was nicht wirklich schlecht war, war das Zimmer vielleicht etwas sauberer, aber es war wirklich kein Problem.

Das Saj Resort ist ein hervorragendes Hotel direkt neben dem Flughafen, wenn Sie zuerst den Kopf in die Essenz von Kerala dycken wollen. Auch wenn es nicht so gut wie der Taj oder der Marriot ist, bietet es immer noch eine fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis, während es so schön gestaltet wird, dass Sie sich wie Sie in einem ruhigen Dorf und nicht in einem Resort fühlen. Die Zimmer, die um den großen Pool herum sind so ruhig und nicht einmal während meines Aufenthalts war ich gestört von dem Flughafen, der direkt neben der Tür ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr professionell und werden Ihnen in jeder Hinsicht helfen. Sie nehmen auch Vorschläge und Anfragen im Herzen. Der hochwertige Tee, der jeden Abend von 4-5 angeboten wird, ist außergewöhnlich. Insgesamt bin ich sehr glücklich, dass ich dort war und sicher zurück sein würde.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them. Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

They couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded .. even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room .. i was thrown into a deep end corner room with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber super Service und es reicht für einen Zwischenstopp, es ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 min erreichbar.
