It's an unreally perfect place for this price. Everything is clean, breakfast is perfect, and the staff is very polite. The room was very big. So, for me, it was very unusual, the hotel for this price could be so nice. They even have a working table inside of the room. You can really relax at this place. Also, they have bikes for rent if you need it.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Manado, gegenüber einem großen Einkaufszentrum, einem Supermarkt und einem Lebensmittelladen. Es verfügt über ein umfassendes Restaurantangebot und ist preisgünstig. Die Hotelzimmer sind klein und verfügen über eine komplette Grundausstattung. Es ist nicht für Kinder geeignet. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich. Die Fahrt zum Flughafen dauert 40 Minuten.

Amazing Cabin with a scenic view of sunset and ocean and city of Manado. Staff are super friendly and accommodating and cater to every needs (no cap) they helped me renting a motorbike, taught me to ride as well. With complimentary gifts and lighters when i lost mine , and helped with breakfast to my room and carrying my luggage all through whatsapp. Very Good service from staff there. The room itself was very good with adjustable lighting and colors and blurred/clear screen for views. Amenities are also amazing with BBQ pit and fireplace and good 24/7 service. Overall 10/10 for this hotel and very worth for its price. Thanks Bobocabin will definitely visit back again -Zaf 🙂

Was here for 1 night business trip, Overall OK stay, Receptionist - Brigita was so helpful fulfilling my request on high floor room. I still heard noise from bar across the street in early morning. Anyway room is quite spacious and amenities ok.

Luwansa is a good option if you want a clean and comfortable stay in Manado. The location is easy to access and close to main areas. The room was neat, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked well. Staff were polite and quick to assist. Breakfast had a fair selection and tasted good. The pool area was clean and relaxing. A few small details could be improved, but overall, it’s a solid mid-range hotel with good value.

Dieses Hotel ist ziemlich schön, mit freundlicher Service. Ich habe das Thunfischmenü versucht, der Teil war wie ein Bier von Thunfisch zu essen. Vielleicht, wenn ich nach Manado reise, werde ich hier wieder bleiben.

Оставливались здесь на одну ночь. Завтрак был разнообразным и обильным. Сотрудники всегда стараются помочь. В 15 мин ходьбы от отеля расположен большой торговый центр с множеством кафе. Недалеко набережная, где по вечерам открывается множество уличных общепитов. Есть неплохой тренажерный зал, с плохо работающей системой кондиционирования воздуха. Однако, этот отель достаточно уставший. Во всем здании и номере было душновато, кондиционер работал слабо. А окна не в номере открываются. В комнате и в ресторане ползали мелкие тараканы. Везде ощущается зарах старых вещей.

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich, und die Lage war recht günstig. Die Bettwäsche sah nicht besonders sauber aus, aber für eine kurze Geschäftsreise, bei der man nur eine Nacht benötigt, ist es dennoch eine akzeptable Option.
