Ein kleines Hotel wie Europa mag es am Herzen liegen, kleine Türen, kleine Treppen und kleine Zimmer, aber überall ist die Geschichte, es ist warm und stilvoll. Das ist Europa ⋯•, also reservieren Sie in Europa normalerweise zwei Hotels, Einer ist das Schloss-Garten-Hotel, das weit von der Stadt entfernt ist, der andere ist das kleine Hotel im Stadtzentrum, aber es gibt auch Schmerzen, dass Holz mit Leitern und Treppen, die Sie in der Box und den alten Treppen bewegen müssen, aber das ist nicht das, was Sie beim Reisen fühlen müssen...

Next to train station (2 minutes ) . Close to all city attractions . Super clean and central .

Wir waren zur Durchreise als Familie dort. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber top sauber. Die Lage ist absolut zentral. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Ich brauchte eine weitere Decke, die ich umgehend bekommen habe. Das Frühstück ist super. Es gibt eine große Auswahl.

The location is very good. It is just about 300 metres from the train station. From my apartment (217), I had a view of moving trains as the property is located close to the rail lines. It is just in the centre of Metz City, close to supermarkets such as Carrefour, Match and the rest. The facilities worked very well throughout my stay with the exception of the heater in my room. I improvised with the heater in the rest room. The interior is very neat though the exterior can be better. The staff mind their business but assisted when approached. I asked for an extension of 2 hours beyond the checkout time to relax before the scheduled time of my train to Paris and it was approved without stress.

Very happy with my stay. The room was nice, spacious witha balcony. Hotel is located in the middle of a forest park. Also there is a nice gastro restaurant just next to it. The hotel has a peaceful and calming vibe. The breakfast was good as well. After checking out, I could work in their lobby where thereare several sofas and free coffee, croissants and tea. They also have a nice terrasse outside. This area has a lot of activities especially if you are looking for a getaway or little holidays. I was there for a business trip. Would definitely come back for a little getaway.

We booked for a double roome with 2 beds, it is a very small room (yes, I knew this in advance) but since we only stayed for 1 night only. that was fine. If we have two big suitcases and we need to unfold both, we need to find our own arrangements. Anyhow, in general, the breakfast service was good! The reception desk was very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is not far from city center, located in a very quite place for living habitats I think. I give 4.5 / 5 points.

Perfecte ligging, overdekte parking te betalen. Mooie kamers en handig ingericht. Helaas is er in Thionville niets te zien. Maar het was ook als tussenstop naar huis voorzien…

bei verspäteter Ankunft verpasst man leicht die Aktivierungsprozedur für den Aufzug (drücken Sie Aktivieren & Anrufen, um mit der Rezeption verbunden zu werden) und muss in den 6. Stock hinauf. Als nächstes die Zahlung der 75 € Kaution für das Zimmer, zahlbar mit Kreditkarte, aber nicht mit Amex 🙈🙈🙈 Das war also nicht möglich, da meine deutsche Debitkarte auch in Frankreich nie funktioniert hat 🙈🙈 Nachdem ich dem Chef eine Nachricht geschickt und auf seine Antwort gewartet hatte, war es schließlich möglich, die Kaution in bar zu bezahlen … und vergessen Sie nicht, dass Sie in Frankreich sind, also müssen Sie auch die Kurtaxe bezahlen 🙈😬😬 Mal sehen, wie das Frühstück morgen früh sein wird. Sauberes Zimmer, aber kein Kühlschrank, Gläser oder irgendwelche schönen Geschenke/Grünpflanzen im sterilen Raum.

The hotel staff was very friendly, which is a good thing. Parking outside the hostel was also good and convenient. However, the hotel feels quite old. The toilet was just okay and there was a tissue roll available, but because the hotel is old, the toilet did not feel very clean. The room had yellow lighting, which looked very bad and made the room feel very bad and dull. They should b replaced with white colour light. Room size was small, heating was good. Need some repariment
