FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked.
Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night.
Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth
Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection.
Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.

SSamMcHughThe staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the information is in Spanish. However, they were more than happy to print it for us in English. The breakfast had a big choice of hot and cold food including pancakes, cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit etc.
We would highly recommend the marine pools which is all salt water. There are lots of jets in hot and cold water including a physiotherapy pool to float in.
We also had a massage which included the Hammam vaporise for 45 minutes. This was hot and cold different rooms like sauna, water jets, walk in stones with cold water and then hot water.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
The only downside was that we went on the 24th of June. This was a red day ( St John the Baptist) and restaurants around the local area were closed.
The hotel restaurant and bar was also closed as it doesn't open into the first of July.

Wenn es stimmt, dass wir zu Beginn einige unwichtige Details gefunden haben, haben sie ihnen aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeiten keine Flasche Cava zur Verfügung gestellt, sondern sie selbst. Viele Einzelheiten. Die Zimmerausstattung ist vollständig und detailliert. Es muss gesagt werden, dass wir uns nur in die Details des Badezimmers verlieben.

Could do with more hangers and shelves to put clothing , as there is plenty of space . Breakfast excellent quality and plenty of choice , the service was efficient and the staff worked very hard !

Das Hotel hat keinen Pool und ist auch nicht am Strand geschlossen.
Das Hotel ist sehr modern und es ist gut für ein 3-Start-Hotel, sie haben sogar eine Minibar in den Zimmern, aber die Betten sind nicht komfortabel für mich, die Matratze sind nicht hart genug und Sie fühlen Sie sich in. Die Dusche ist wirklich gut zu!
Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sollten freundlicher sein und die Gäste begrüßen. Keine nette Berührung bei der Ankunft oder beim check out.
Das Hotel ist OK für 1 Nacht und wenn Sie nicht planen, im Zimmer zu lange zu bleiben.

GGuest UserSehr gute Lage, im Zentrum der Stadt, der Rezeption ist sehr gut, sein Frühstücksbuffet von hoher Qualität, Qualität in Reinigung und Produkte, die Minibar, die im Zimmer ein Plus und seine besondere tolle Terrasse, Ich habe alle Dienste in meinem Zimmer während meines Aufenthalts funktioniert. Ich werde zurück und sicher war mit ihnen gehostet

GGastnutzerI was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Occidental Murcia. The hotel exceeded my expectations: the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff was also friendly and efficient.
The only downside was the pool, which is small and has limited space for sunbathing. However, this did not affect my overall experience, which was excellent.
I would definitely recommend it and would gladly stay again!

GGastnutzerОстанавливались в этом отеле два раза, при путешествии на автомобиле из Барселоны в Севилью и обратно. Мы из России и проблем с общением с сотрудниками отеля не было. Шума нет, так как рядом нет оживленной трассы. Завтрак конечно скромный, но вкусный, можно было бы еще добавить к завтраку яичницу или омлет. Остального было достаточно: фрукты, сок, кофе, вода, закуски, хлопья с молоком, йогурт, круассаны, тосты. Сотрудники отеля доброжелательны ко всем гостям. Расположение - далековато от основной трассы, но мы зато заехали рядом в бухту. Там красивый вид на море, заброшенные казармы, укреп район. Хорошо что рядом можно бесплатно припарковать автомобиль. Из удобств нам не хватило воды в номере и одноразовых зубных щеток, к остальному вопросов нет. Но воду можно попросит внизу в лобби.

MMarcosWir buchen 7 Nächte Ende August. Die Wahrheit ist, die Erfahrung war sehr gut. Ein großes, sauberes, komfortabeles Zimmer mit ausgezeichneten Blick auf den Pool und das kleinere Meer.
Wir nahmen die Vollpension und erstaunte uns sehr für ihre Vielfalt und den Preis der Getränke.
Die Pools sind hervorragend, mit klimatisierten Temperaturen, kostenlosen Walbetten und zwei kostenlose Jacuzzis zu Fuß zu Pools. Sie haben sowohl das kleinere Meer als auch das Mittelmeer, nur 100 Meter und mit einem riesigen Strand, ohne Ballungsräume.
Das einzige, was ich Ihnen anbringen würde, wäre, dass ich 15 Euro pro Tag Parkplatz zu viel fühle.
