Die Lage des Hotels in der Natur ist wirklich positiv. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Beste vom Besten war das Wellnesscenter: so ein schönes und sauberes Wellnesscenter habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Wirklich tolles Hotel für einen Besuch

Das Hotel bietet viel Leistung fürs Geld. Neu renovierte Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, nur 4 Stationen mit der Linie 4 vom Hbf entfernt. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben schon zweimal hier übernachtet und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein Hotel auf wirklich höchstem Niveau, wo Preis-Leistung stimmen. Wir haben das Wochenende hier verbracht und sind restlos begeistert. Von der ersten Minute an überzeugte das Hotel durch einen überragenden Service, höchste Sauberkeit und eine außergewöhnlich hohe Qualität in allen Bereichen. Unser Zimmer mit Aussicht auf Schloss Hohenschwangau macht den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Das Spa ist gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und lädt mit schönem Blick auf See und Berge absolut zum Entspannen ein. Ein echtes Highlight war das hochwertige Frühstück mit großartiger Auswahl und einem Ambiente, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Das Abendessen mit 4-Gänge-Menü war überaus kreativ, exzellent zubereitet und geschmacklich hervorragend, wie in einem Spitzenrestaurant. Und ja, das Personal ist durchweg super freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit, dabei stets professionell und herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir besuchten das Hotel Bayerischer Hof für einen Valentinstags-Kurzurlaub vom 14. bis 15. Februar. Meine Frau bekam bei der Ankunft eine wunderschöne langstielige Rose und wir bekamen ein doppeltes Upgrade auf eine Suite im vierten Stock mit Seeblick. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kellner im Café, Restaurant und Frühstücksraum waren schnell und effizient, das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Frühstücksbuffet groß und großzügig! Ich kann dieses Hotel Paaren, Familien oder Geschäftsreisenden empfehlen. Ich unterrichte seit über 15 Jahren an einer Hotelfachschule in Zürich und bin ein professioneller Geschäftsreisender mit Tausenden von Übernachtungen und Zehntausenden von Restaurantbesuchen!

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

Es war alles sehr gut, vor allem das Frühstück. Der Teppichboden war stark verfleckt, auch auf den Sitzmöbel waren Flecken. Der Rest der Wohnung war sehr saubrr. Dad Petsonal war sehr freundlicj und zuvorkommend. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.

Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Städtchen, und die Zimmer bieten einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Alpen. Obwohl es am Anreisetag regnete, verlieh dies dem Ganzen eine ganz eigene, romantische Atmosphäre. Das gesamte Hotelinterieur, von den Zimmern bis zum Restaurant, ist im mittelalterlichen Stil gehalten. Zusammen mit den wunderschönen bayerischen Trachten der Kellnerinnen fühlte man sich direkt in eine andere Zeit zurückversetzt. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen direkt am Hotel zur Verfügung. Auch zum Schloss Neuschwanstein sind es nur wenige Autominuten.

Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Das Hotel ist sehr groß, wenn man nicht zu viel läuft, sollte man nicht zu weit vom Aufzug entfernt sein. 😅 Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und berät gerne. Das Hotel liegt günstig in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Busbahnhof. Man kann kostenlose Tickets für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Stadt erhalten und sein Gepäck dort lassen, um die Stadt vor dem Check-in zu erkunden.

he hotel itself looked nice at first, but the overall experience was honestly disappointing. Communication between the staff was very poor, especially regarding luggage storage and check-in information. No one clearly explained where we needed to go, so my friend and I had to drag our heavy suitcases around in the rain while trying to find the correct building by ourselves. It was extremely inconvenient and exhausting after a long journey. The room was acceptable, but the service did not feel welcoming or professional. Some basic information should have been explained properly from the beginning to avoid confusion and unnecessary stress for guests. The location may be convenient for some travelers, but because of the poor organization and lack of support from the staff, I would probably not choose to stay here again.
