This was overall a pleasant stay. The physical facilities look like they could use some additional upkeep, especially the walls and carpeting in the corridors. The gym is in a separate building and is not very convenient. However the staff and management at the front desk are extremely courteous and helpful, and the other staff in the hotel, especially the restaurant and housekeeping staff are as well. The location of the hotel is convenient though more crossings across the road would be helpful. Breakfast is tasty and includes some local specialties.

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Hailing Island was absolutely wonderful and truly felt like a five-star experience. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and offers excellent facilities. Everything from the restaurants and spa to the recreational areas was well organized and very enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Yuki, one of the hotel staff members. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Her warm attitude and willingness to help made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. Staff members like her truly represent the high standard of service at this hotel. The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hailing Island and would happily stay here again in the future. Sehr modern und sauber Hotel nur wenige Minuten von der Yangjiang Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof entfernt. Großer Blick vom Zimmer. Komfortables Bett und guter Wasserdruck und Tiefe im Dusch. Ich würde nächstes Mal wieder bleiben, wenn ich Yangjiang besuche.

Many surfaces to put down things. Wonderful mattress - not too soft but can move up and down... Not a solid inner as most hotels... Very quiet - after CNY, but didn't hear voices at all - only the sea... I would say it should be a 5-star hotel! See hotel got many rewards 2022 and 2023. Draw back: Hot water for bath not clearly indicating, only had to turn it a little bit... No bath mat (towel). Bath outlet leaking on floor. No balcony chairs. Reception staff of evening and morning not very friendly. They did not even thank me for my compliment nor for the draw backs. @

Die Dem Hotel angeschlossen ist eine hot spring Anlage! Und auf dem Berg ein wunderschönes Schwimmbad. Alles frei zugänglich für Hotel Gäste. Das Frühstücksbüffet war umfangreich auch für europäische Gäste war genügend Auswahl vorhanden.
