I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a holiday trip. The location is very convenient, with easy access to food, shopping areas, transport, and tourist attractions. The room is clean, comfortable, and suitable for a relaxing stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. During my stay, my luggage was accidentally damaged by a driver, and the hotel staff kindly helped me to repair and handle the issue quickly. Their service and attitude were truly excellent and made my trip much more comfortable. Overall, the environment is safe, pleasant, and worth staying at. I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

Diese fünf Sternen-Lobby ist von der Inneren des Herzens. Das Zimmer und die gesamte öffentliche Region sind zu sauber. So sauber, dass so große Zimmer so sauber gepackt sind, spiegelt wirklich den Willen des Chefs wider. Hochtemperatur-Wettertransport und Gepäck machen uns bewegen. Die Leute können auch Kleidung schlafen, schlafen Sie eine ruhige und komfortable Nacht im Bett. Die Umgebung des Frühstücks ist besonders gut. Ausfahrt ist die rote Sehenswürdigkeit des Netzes und die Schönheit ist großartig. Wenn die Reiseroute nicht voll ist, möchte ich wirklich zu seinem Haus bleiben und das nächste Mal gehen.

My stay at Best Wishes was absolutely wonderful—it’s hands down the cleanest hotel I’ve visited in China! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The attention to cleanliness was exceptional, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The views from the hotel were breathtaking— But what truly made my experience special was the staff. They were incredibly hands-on, friendly, and went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Meizhou. Most importantly, I haven’t slept this well in a long time! The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything was just perfect for a restful night. Ich habe lange im Internet gesehen, die Meereslandschaft ist wirklich gut, das erste Auge des Zimmers öffnen schockierte mich und fliege in Richtung des Meeres, das heiße Frühling. Das uninteressante Meer fühlt sich sehr schön an, und die Maus mag besonders Fotos wirklich Top. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder komme, werde ich sicher weiter wählen. Das kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer trinken willkommen. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut, die Haarwäsche ist sehr gut, die kleinen Details sind voll, und der Boss ist sehr enthusiastisch, dort zu gehen. Das Frühstück ist auch großartig, es gibt Tee, Eier, Tee und Gemüse wie. Der Sandwich schmeckt besonders gut. Die Landschaft auf der Insel Jiangzhou ist wirklich gut, das Meer ist sehr schön. This is one of the BEST hotel I've stayed so far. Firstly, the room is super clean, hotel staff is also very friendly, breakfast buffet is pretty good! The room we booked is also huge, there is definitely ample space for multiple people and luggages! Bed is comfortable as well, and shower pressure is strong. A little downside is its about 20mins from the main city. Also, laundry and dryer are available for free. I will fully recommend this place if you're here for a short trip! Also, there is free car pick up and drop off service to Putian train station. You have to contact them a few days in advance. For international tourists, recommend that you use wechat and is able to type chinese for reserving the service :)

Der Shangri-la Putian befindet sich bequem gegenüber einem riesigen Einkaufszentrum und neben einem Garten. Das Zimmer war schön und gemütlich und der Service war aufmerksam und unverzichtbar, mit Melvin (?) begleitet uns zum Zimmer und ständig fragte, ob wir Hilfe mit irgendetwas benötigen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns viele Vorschläge, wo wir während unseres Aufenthalts gehen könnten und selten haben wir bei der Unterkunft in ähnlichen Hotels ein so ausgezeichnetes Gastfreundschaftsniveau erlebt. Das Essen im Shanggarten war süß, und Lydia's Service war ausgezeichnet, uns zusätzliche Snacks und Suppe anbieten. Die servierten Teile waren riesig und vernünftig preisgekrönt. Hoch empfohlen für jeden, der Putian besucht! Die geografische Lage des Xiaotan Shangrila Hotels ist hervorragend, an der anderen Seite ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum, neben dem Garten. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und warm, der Service ist sorgfältig und detailliert. Ein Kellner namens Melvin hat uns persönlich ins Zimmer geschickt und wird uns fragen, ob wir irgendeine Hilfe brauchen, wenn wir in der Halle kommen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und enthusiastisch und bieten uns viele Spiele-Tipps. Im Hotel wie im Hotel erleben wir selten einen so hervorragenden Service. Die Flusslandschaft des Zimmers ist erstaunlich. Das Restaurant im Wanzhou ist lecker und lecker, der Service des Kellners (Lydia) ist auch nicht zu erheben, und es bietet uns auch zusätzliches Geschmack und Suppe. Die Gerichte sind sehr groß und der Preis ist auch sehr vernünftig. Es wird allen Touristen, die auf dem Feld zu arbeiten, sehr empfohlen!!

The hotel and the design of the room and amenities are very practical. Friendly front desk staff. The washing machine and dryers are free and easy to use. Overall very good experience will stay here again when visiting in the future.

I don’t really write reviews unless exceptionally good or bad but this is really a negative experience … Firstly, not recommended if coming to stay in cold season (Autumn/ Winter/ Spring). The aircon/ heater system is centralised so you can’t adjust the temperature. Secondly, according to the receptionist, they only have ONE tower fan so not really available. Lastly, the attitude of receptionist and housekeeping is extremely unfriendly compared to before (I stayed here 3 times) and I put a good review in 2023. This time, the solution they provided to a female guest is to open the window and curtain at night for cold air… which I personally think is inconsiderate for a female guest. I gave my feedback to the receptionist when I checked-out so hopefully they can add more tower fans to their inventory.

04* Immobilie mit schönem Hotel und sauber. Zimmer geräumig. Das Personal spricht nicht gut Englisch, aber deren Service ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist schnell bequem mit Blumengeschäft, Backwarengeschäft , Restaurant und bequem Geschäft innerhalb von 50 Meter zu Fuß.
