We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—right opposite the subway station and within walking distance to Bayi Square, making it very convenient for exploring the area. While the exterior of the hotel looks a bit old, the rooms are completely renovated, modern, and equipped with smart hotel facilities. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, which made our stay even better. The hotel staff, especially the receptionists, were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. They went the extra mile to assist us, even helping us book a cab to the airport. Their warm hospitality truly made our experience enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service. Would definitely stay here again!

先説一下優點： 1、入住時升級了房型，住房時基本有求必應，服務是沒問題的，江景房景觀很不錯 再説一下幾個槽點： 1、房間內温度達到27度，又悶又熱，體感温度無疑更熱！是中央空調所以無法自己開冷氣，恰好酒店冷氣管道又壞了？前台説拿小風扇過來等了差不多一個小時都沒送到，其間打了不下五六次電話催促，已經晚上十二點多非常困（前一日衹睡了四個小時），最後説是我房間電話斷線機器人無法打電話給我（電話能打出去給前台，但打不進來），説安排阿姨、保安給我送一直也沒等到直到我丟下幾歲小朋友自己下去前台拿，風扇質量不好噪音很大，最後也衹能關掉才能睡，小朋友熱到滿頭大汗，我也熱到渾身都濕了 2、這花灑…真的是五星級嗎？很臟很臟！掛花灑的掛件，一掛上去就掉下來一塊… 3、最崩潰的是第二天早餐，恨不得見不到一點葷腥，九點下去已經沒有拌粉和瓦罐湯了，這麼便宜的東西都要限量供應嗎？其他餐點都是廉價的東西，最後無奈回房間點外賣 總結，服務沒問題，有問題的是酒店本身，原本衝著服務還能續住，但難吃的早餐和悶熱的房間真的忍不了一點，早餐跟之前住的希爾頓歡朋對比真的不是差一點半點
