Im Zimmer gab es Waschmittel. Dieses Hotel hat uns wirklich super gefallen! Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, man ist schnell bei Geschäften und Restaurants und das Parken vor der Tür war auch unkompliziert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war besonders freundlich und der Check-in und Check-out liefen schnell ab. Bei Fragen wurde uns geduldig und zuverlässig geholfen. Das Zimmer war super sauber, geruchsfrei und das Bett war sehr bequem, die Kissen hatten genau die richtige Weichheit. Im Badezimmer gab es immer ausreichend heißes Wasser und die Pflegeprodukte waren komplett vorhanden. Nachts war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig, sodass wir ungestört schlafen konnten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Erwartungen wurden absolut übertroffen. Beim nächsten Besuch hierher werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Eine ehrliche Empfehlung an alle, die hierher kommen möchten!

What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I had a very comfortable stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. The hotel arranged a pick-up for us upon arrival, which made the check-in process very convenient and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming, and their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant transit stay.

It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. Itinerary: 3 days and 2 nites in Nanchang (hotel will be provided) Location: Close to attractions (you can walk to places like Wisteria Pavilion, Wanshou Palace, Frog Street Nite Market, and Dasi Courtyard), which saves on transportation costs. Food: There is a whole row of food behind the hotel. Mainly, it's too cold in February, but there are restaurants near the hotel, making it convenient to walk 5 minutes to enjoy the food. Breakfast: Baofa Gan Cuisine Restaurant, their prices are reasonable. Dinner: Gan Liu Ji. Jiangxi stir-fry. Of course, the hotel also offers delicious food, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Service: Since I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM with a reservation, the hotel staff gave my room to someone else. However, the next day they upgraded me to a room by the window facing the street. I didn't sleep well, so it's better not to do that, even tho I could see the outside scenery. Die Stadt von Zhuangdu ist in der Regel eine stark befürwortete Handelsmarke, leider ist der Wasserdruck etwas volatiler, was zu Wassertemperatur und Schwankungen führt, die möglicherweise auf der Höhe liegen.

Location: The location is not right smack central to all the popular tourist spots but it's close enough to get to 万寿宫 on foot (5 minutes). Also, it is close to the river and if you are lucky enough, you get a room with a fantastic river view! Cleanliness: The hotel I am not sure if it's new or what but it's very nicely maintained. The beds are good, the sheets are clean and everything is really superb. Service: Maybe it's just me (Singaporean) cause I am very impressed with their receptionist services like helping me out with payment, booking of car etc etc but all these according to my local friends, they say it's just the basic in service industries~ Facilities: Honestly, if you are here looking for a gym or a pool then sad to say, it's non-existence, even the breakfast I would recommend not to get it unless you are traveling with elderly and they need something to eat early in the morning then for that price point, it's still reasonable. Otherwise, go out hit the streets and there are tons of fantastic food options for you to choose from. Lastly, overall impression is superb and it's definitely super value for money. In fact for the price I paid I would say it far exceeded in value. Which is the reason why, I will always choose this hotel when I am back in Nanchang~ (I tried other hotels, to be honest, the rooms are not as great)
