2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

Obwohl die Einrichtungen etwas alt sind, ist sie nicht gut gepflegt und kann es fühlen, dass der Laden mit Herzen betrieben wird. Die tiefste Service-Einstellung ist sehr gut, sowohl auf der Rezeption als auch im Stock, sehr enthusiastisch und freundlich. Das einzige Rest ist, dass die Toilette schwerer zurückgeht und dass es beim Aufenthalt nicht sehr gut ist, das Wasser aus dem Sitz zu entwässern.

Overall Everything is great .clean and well designed. If it got more connections with the nearby village like cultural programs it would be value added.

Die Umgebung dieser Volksbewohner ist sehr gut. Alle Zimmer sind entlang der Berge verschwunden, die Bäume sind in den Wäldern gefeuert, die Luft ist sauber, alle Arten von Vogelwürmer schreien, der ganze Körper wird von der Natur warm behandelt und entspannt. Nankunshan ist mein Lieblingsplatz für Urlaub in den letzten zehn Jahren. Dieses Hotel erfüllt alle meine Bedürfnisse. Ob der Service oder die Zimmerausstattung sind ein hervorragendes Produkt in Nankunshan, sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a joyful and relaxing stay at Nankunshan Zaiyundan Wenquan Homestay the past two days. We stayed in the topmost space capsule, which was spacious and luxurious with an amazing view over the hotel and down into the mountain valleys. The hostess was kind, fun and helpful, organising day trips for us and even taking the initiative to order a super cute birthday cake for our daughter’s 13th. We loved swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub and eating at the restaurant, where the lovely cook made delicious food for us morning and night. We especially recommend the fish and the eggplant and green bean stirfry. On our last day the hostess organised a driver to take us to the airport via local attractions and the amazing Zhenggou temple - a great finish to our time in China Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to return someday!

Huge resort, in a very quiet area, middle of montains. staff is really friendly and helpful, some of them speak good English ( ask Betty ). The rooms are very big, full equipped, no USB plug so take yours. The hot spring is amazing with great variety of basins but always hot water…. One Chinese restaurant and one buffet restaurant, where you can find call what you like. You must try the draft beer at the buffet…. Breakfast is huge with lot of dishes, fruits, even coffee. Located at 20km from highway (G45), hotel is easy to find. At only 500m from hotel, a small village with lot of small shops, where you can find what you need. If you have car, parking inside hotel, free. Since 12 years I go many times there, and I don’t see any change. Always clean and the same perfect service.

Das ist eine gute Erfahrung! Die Zimmerausstattung ist vernünftig, etwas größer als andere Hotels, relativ hell und billig, ein Hotel ist im Zentrum der Stadt, das Hotel ist relativ bequem zu bedienen, die Einrichtungen des Zimmers sind auch sehr gut gepflegt, der Personalservice ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, die Behandlung des schnellen und effizienten Aufenthalts, das Leben zu komfortabel, Geh zurück und empfehle den Freunden eine Empfehlung!
