Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Service schnell. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Man fühlt sich im Hotel wohl. ***Es gibt jedoch ein paar Punkte, an denen das Hotel arbeiten sollte.*** Wie üblich sprach kein einziges Personal Englisch. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl an Speisen, aber ich aß außer Eiern und Brot nichts, da es nicht auf ausländische Gäste ausgerichtet war (eher chinesisch geprägt). Es fehlten einfache Dinge wie Käse, Bohnen, Rösti usw. Alles im Zimmer, von Wasser über Alkohol bis hin zu Snacks und dem Kulturbeutel, war mit Preisschildern versehen (wirkte für den Hotelnamen sehr billig). Ich fühlte mich eher wie in einem Einkaufszentrum als in einem Hotelzimmer! Der Fitnessraum war sehr unordentlich, da alle Gewichte und Geräte überall herumlagen (unhygienisch und sicherheitstechnisch bedenklich). Der Poolbereich war schrecklich, da es im Eingangsbereich sehr unangenehm roch und unsauber war. Der Bademeister trug normale Kleidung, und ich erkannte ihn erst, als er am Beckenrand auf und ab ging! Insgesamt war es sehr schön, aber ich hoffe, dass das Feedback berücksichtigt und die Mängel behoben werden, denn es ist ein gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal 👍. Schwimmbad und Fitnessstudio waren so unsauber, dass ich nur 3 Sterne vergeben habe!

The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making my stay relaxing after long days. The staff truly stood out — they were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their service made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. One of the highlights was the drop-off service. It’s not a bus, but a VIP private car just for you, which made transportation easy, comfortable, and premium. This level of service is rare and truly impressive. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. After this experience, during my visits to China, I will only be staying with this hotel brand. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a premium experience.

Das Hotel ist extrem luxuriös und schön gestaltet. Aber der Service ist TERRIBLE. Keiner spricht Englisch... es gibt keine Lebensmittel für den Zimmerservice. Ich wollte ein Bier trinken und sie sagten mir, zum Supermarkt zu gehen. Ich wollte Zimmerservice bestellen nach 20.30 sie sagten mir kein Englisch und hängen auf meinem Gesicht. Nach 10 Minuten kamen 2 Leute zu meinem Zimmer und sagten mir, sie haben keinen Zimmerservice, nach 20.30 obwohl das Menü sagte 24 Stunden. Am nächsten Tag versuchte ich, bei 16.00 zu bestellen und sie sagten mir, es beginnt bei 18.30... Das Design und die Qualität des Hotels ist vielleicht das beste IVE gesehen in meinem Leben, aber der Service ist 0/10 ... keine Cola zu trinken keine Nahrung zu essen .. Ich würde nicht empfehlen, wenn Sie viel Zeit in ihm verbringen möchten.

I was there 8 nights for a work trip. Overall was ok an pleasant, room was good size and comfortable, but cleaning was inconsistent, one day they would do everything, but forget to put toilet paper, another day they wouldn't change flip flops, every day I was coming from work, something was different from the other day, My other issue was, the software program that controls the lighting automation of the room was buggy. it would short circuit, light switches sometimes controlled random area, I touched the aircon once with my hand that I recently applied cream on, it short circuited and another light when on! one night in the middle of the night the toilet lights automatically went on (not creepy at all!) and the ”do not disturb button sometimes would remain latched on as hard as you try to get it off, meant that I couldn't get my room cleaned one day. when I explained this to them, they sent somebody upstairs to check. and at that time, it behaved normal, so they didn't do anything about it. I wasn't too demanding and insisting either, as I was hardly at the hotel anyway. Here is a photo of the view from my window which I found oddly charming.

I stayed at Linyi Yihe Hotel (Jinjiang) / 临沂大剧院沂河宾馆（锦江） from 22–25 January, and I honestly left thinking, “Yes, this is how a hotel should be run.” First impressions were strong: the lobby felt fresh and well-kept, and check-in was quick with staff who were polite without being overly formal. The room was spotless and thoughtfully set up for an easy, comfortable stay. The bed was genuinely good, the shower felt new and powerful, and little details like the heated smart toilet made winter mornings far less grim than usual.  What I appreciated most was how practical everything was. There’s a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is a real bonus on a short trip, and even takeaway deliveries are handled smoothly with a delivery robot, so you don’t end up hovering around reception.  Despite being near the Grand Theatre and a main road, the room stayed pleasantly quiet at night, so sleep wasn’t an issue.  Breakfast was a solid buffet, not flashy, but reliable and well-managed, with staff keeping things topped up.  Overall, it felt clean, calm, and competently staffed—excellent value for money, and I’d happily book it again.

回程路過臨沂，先是被臨沂的夜景吸引，停路邊看了很多酒店，最後定的今年新開業的希岸酒店，到店可能十點了，前台兩個服務員態度超好的，辦好入住後我又下樓有事諮詢，當時服務員在和別的客人溝通，但是看見我過來還是先笑着和我説了你好，這個服務態度在別的地方很少遇到。很少遇到的不衹是希岸酒店的服務態度，還有房間裏的各種配套設施，現在很多新酒店沒有晾衣繩的，這個酒店不光有，還不是以前那種酒店掛了衣服就往下墜的晾衣繩，希岸酒店的有卡扣，繩子很緊，衣架配的也多，洗衣房的配置考慮也周到，早餐好吃，床品舒適，房間乾淨衞生，酒店管理很用心細心，服務人員態度點贊，以後出門首先考慮希岸了

When we arrived at Linyi railway station it was raining heavily. Visiting the scenic spots we planned was out of the question. Besides we soon realised that the places we were interested in visiting were easier to get to from the Linyi Railway area. A quick search on Trip.com revealed this branch of the Jinjiang hotel and we decided to book a room on the spot. We later realised that not only was this hotel in a prime departure launching point but the area around it was full of local eateries, market & small sundry shops. The museum & Langya Old Town are just a short bus ride away. Truly convenient. Meanwhile they have the most amazingly helpful staff. A special shout out to the pleasant smiling lady who checked us in. She answered all our many questions with great patience and helpful information. A great asset to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was incredible for the price. We like everything about the hotel so much that we extended another night with them!

Wahrscheinlich das beste Hotel im lokalen. Ausgezeichnetes komplimentäres Frühstück im chinesischen Stil, ausgezeichnetes Pool für Familien! sehr nahe einem lokalen Markt (ca. 5 min zu Fuß ) - großartig zu lernen über die lokale Kultur. eine Verbesserung erforderlich: 1) Einige Gäste rauchen im Hotel einschließlich Lobby und Restaurant - meine Familie ist empfindlich für den Geruch, aber keine anderen Wahlen. Ein gemeinsames Problem ist sehr schwierig für alle Hotels in China. 2) ein Seitentisch zwischen zwei Betten hat sehr scharfe Ecken - wenn Kinder um sie spielen, können weh tun 3) Hotel kann nicht im Hotel Spiel anbieten - es ist eine Art von Anreiz für Leute, ins Zimmer zu rauchen 4) Es gibt Zeichen, dass man “nicht im Bett rauchen” lesen kann. Es zeigt, dass es gut ist, solange nicht im Bett rauchen. 5) Frühstück ist groß während der Wochentage und „beschränkte Angebote“ während der Wochenenden, wenn eine große Tourgruppe da ist. 6) zum ersten Mal weiß ich, ein 4-star Hotel hat im Mai keine Klimaanlage (AC), sogar 30 Celsius draußen. Dieses Hotel wird wahrscheinlich im Juni AC öffnen.

Das Zimmer ist besonders gut, der Servicepersonal ist sehr gut, die Lage ist sehr gut, es wird sehr empfohlen, dieses Hotel besonders sauber zu besuchen, das Personal ist besonders intim, um das Personal zu bekommen, zwei Flaschen Wasser zu schicken, zum ersten Mal, sehr rechtzeitig
