Very good price and services! Very professional, on time, they try to help you for everything : great! Just one thing : few choices to eat, but it’s new so be patient soon!

Very nice service. Room is on high floor as requested. It is bright and spacious with good view. Staff are hospitable no matter those at the front desk or the house service team or the concierge at front entrance. Have to thank a front desk staff called 張雪 who was so nice to send me up to the room with the big luggage. There was a little surprise of robot service which helped to send take away food (ordered from the outside) up to my room. It was a lovely experience : soon after I received a msg on the phone saying that the food was delivered, then I would heard room door bell ringing. I opened the door and saw the robot was just right outside with the delivered food. It was a cute service.

Room is super nice, especially the bathroom. Beds were very comfy and they had memory foam pillows, which were amazing. There’s a robot room service too. Location is very good, only a short drive from the airport. There’s a free shuttle service to the airport. They also do free pick-ups from the metro station (Jiaodong), as it’s a little too far to walk if you have luggage. There can be a wait for the pickup, as it’s only one driver with a mini-van. We ended up waiting for over half an hour when they initially said 10 minutes… so probably just pay for a Didi tbh. Staff were generally polite and helpful. My only complaint from the stay is that the receptionist messed up my airport shuttle booking time. Booked me for the 7:40am shuttle instead of 11:40am. Admittedly 7 could maybe be misheard as 11 in Chinese, but we’d had an entire conversation about my afternoon flight and how early I should get to the airport! I ended up getting woken up by an unwelcome early wake-up call from reception and couldn’t sleep well after that. Would stay again, but probably unplug the phone next time just in case

For us, having an hotel that provides a comfortable resting environment is very important, especially since we had to catch an early morning flight. The hotel also offers pick-up and airport drop-off services, so there was no need to rush around in the early hours. The front desk staff even advised us on what time we should arrive at the airport. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, which made it easy for us to organize our luggage and prepare for a smooth departure the next day. We rested well, boarded our flight smoothly, and were in a great mood!

Clean and modern hotel. Close to the airport. Airport shuttle really helps. Pick up from the airport at any time, drop off hourly. There’s a small 24hours convenient shop in the complex, guests can grab any necessities from snacks, meals, soap, just about everything 👍🏻 Hotel has washer & dryer that can alert us (through the app) once the laundry is done 👍🏻 Room for improvement: would be a great help if hotel has a little flexibility on receiving a cash on delivery for guest. Since the parcel was an accidental one, we really didn’t know how it worked. Airport security sent it (power bank) to the hotel. Delivery man couldn’t meet us in person, until second attempt then only hotel staff informed us. Hotel could handle it first and charge us later. Albeit, it was a pleasant stay 😊

Nach meinem anstrengenden Flug zum Flughafen Qingdao Jiaodong war ich völlig erschöpft und habe dieses Kapselhotel in letzter Minute gebucht. Es hat meine Meinung über Flughafenunterkünfte komplett verändert. Eine klare Fünf-Sterne-Empfehlung! Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch, direkt im Flughafen. Man muss sein Gepäck nicht herumschleppen; einfach den Schildern folgen. Perfekt für alle, die früh morgens, nachts oder auf der Durchreise sind – das spart Zeit und Nerven. Die Kapsel war überraschend sauber. Die Bettwäsche wurde nach jedem Gast gewechselt und war geruchsneutral. Sie war weich und bequem und ließ die Reisemüdigkeit sofort verschwinden. Der private Bereich bot hervorragende Privatsphäre; hinter der Tür hatte man seine eigene kleine Welt. Auch die Schalldämmung war erstklassig; man hörte keinerlei Flughafenlärm, selbst geräuschempfindliche Schläfer konnten tief und fest schlafen. Die Ausstattung war unglaublich durchdacht: Ladestationen, dimmbare Beleuchtung und ein Belüftungssystem – alles, was man braucht. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und erinnerten mich sogar an meine Boardingzeiten, wodurch ich mich sehr sicher fühlte. Ich habe mich nur ein paar Stunden ausgeruht und mich dabei sogar erholter gefühlt als in einem Hotel. Ich wachte erfrischt und voller Energie auf – das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war unschlagbar! Von nun an ist dieses Kapselhotel meine erste Wahl, wenn ich am Flughafen Jiaodong bin. Ich kann es jedem, der es eilig hat, wärmstens empfehlen!

The hotel room was quite large; even two people would have been very comfortable. The girls who checked me in at reception were very, very friendly. I only used the hotel's airport shuttle service, which was fine, but I couldn't use the airport pickup service; they didn't respond on time. My Chinese isn't very good at calling the hotel directly and making requests. So I would recommend that they be more careful in that regard. (they replied after I had left😆) Overall, the cleanliness was very good. The only issue is that they don't seem to clean the glass wall in the bathroom very often; I hadn't even used it yet and it was already dirty. And just one recommendation: the tea they left in the room was delicious, and I learned that in Chinese culture they don't use sugar in tea. But I'm not Chinese, and I do need something sweet 😁😅😆 They could add a small cookie or something sweet for those of us who need something sweet.

Die Einrichtungen sind komplett, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Badezimmer ist trocken getrennt, die Wohnumgebung ist gut vom Flughafen nahe, der Transporter ist sehr rechtzeitig, insbesondere die Rezeption Mitarbeiter sind klein, die Haltung ist warm und freundlich, um alle Fragen zu beantworten, zu warm ✨, insbesondere für ältere Menschen ist sehr freundlich. Das nächste Mal, wenn ich in Qingdao komme, wohne ich in diesem Hotel und präsentiere es für Freunde und Freunde!

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Zwei große Betten, ein schönes Badezimmer. Der Fernseher stand direkt an der Wand und nah an den Betten, sodass es etwas eng war und man leicht dagegen stoßen konnte. Es war etwas warm im Zimmer, aber ansonsten war es sauber, modern und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war groß und luxuriös, und das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach unglaublich. In China lächeln die Angestellten nicht so viel wie in Japan, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Um zu diesem Flughafenhotel zu gelangen, musste ich im 4. Stock das Gate Nr. 1 finden, einen langen Gang entlanggehen und dann links abbiegen. Achten Sie auf die VIP-Schilder. Das Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch, und der Preis lag bei nur etwa 78 kanadischen Dollar für eine Nacht, was für diese Verhältnisse sehr viel ist. Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich hatte einen Zwischenstopp von einer Nacht und bin deshalb in die Innenstadt gefahren, aber der letzte Zug zurück fuhr um 22 Uhr. Das wusste ich nicht, da ich AMap, das chinesische Kartenprogramm, benutzt hatte, und habe ihn verpasst. Die Fahrt kostete mich 30 Dollar. Ich musste mit dem Fahrer verhandeln, der zuerst 200 RMB (40 Dollar) verlangt hatte. Er senkte den Preis dann auf 180, dann auf 160, aber ich sagte 130, woraufhin er 150 verlangte, weil er 20 RMB Maut bezahlen musste. Ich habe mit Alipay bezahlt. Ich glaube, ich habe vergessen, Trinkgeld zu geben. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel. Nur wenige Gäste aßen um 5:45 Uhr am Frühstücksbuffet.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Flughafen Qingdao Dong, das Hotel hat einen Transporter oder einen Transportstationsservice. Sehr intim. Der Meister der Übernahme ist sehr enthusiastisch und aufmerksam. Die Hotel-Rezeption ist enthusiastisch und schnell. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Zimmer ist gut hygienisch und schläft komfortabel. Es gibt viele Auswahl an Restaurants in der Nähe, das nächste Mal wohnen wir hier.
