GGastnutzerAtour is a fantastic hotel to stay with. I love that they are consistent in service, design, and comfort wherever we travel. When we checked in, the girl
at the front desk explained that the room away from the elevator on the 6th floor was very small, but there was one near the elevator on the 2nd floor that was larger if the 6th floor wasn’t acceptable. The room on the 6th floor was more like a closet with no space for a suitcase, the window wasn’t really a window, and it had a terrible smell. When I came back to the desk to ask I could change rooms, she immediately let us move to the larger room on the 2nd floor which was great! Clean, large enough for 2 suitcases, and a real window.
Traveling for several weeks, having the ability to laundry is key and I love their laundry facility- state of the art, industrial washer and dryers that work quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff is amazing- you can leave it with them and they’ll do the laundry (wash/ dry) and return to you free of charge, or you can do it yourself (but you may have to wait until a washer is available which is why they suggest leaving it with them).
The area around the hotel is extremely convenient- many restaurants, tea shops, etc., it’s within walking distance to a lot of shopping, and both bus stops/ metro stations are within walking distance.
Atour is a hotel brand that I trust and rely on, especially when we are traveling for an extended period of time.

GGan Yung ChyanDieses Hotel ist das nächste Flughafenhotel, das ich jemals in China gehabt habe. Das Zimmer ist spitzig und spanig. Das Zimmer, das mir auf der achtten Ebene zugewiesen wurde, ermöglicht es mir, den Flughafenterminal, die Beobachtungsdecken, den Flughafenbahnhof und Flüge vom Flughafen deutlich zu sehen. Ich nehme den freien Rasor und Zahnbürsten zu Hause. Insgesamt bin ich sehr froh, dass ich in diesem Hotel wohne, aber das Hotelrestaurant ist nachts geschlossen und der Empfänger ist nicht um Zimmeraufträge zu nehmen. Ich esse Durian Brot im Hotelkafé nahe dem Konzern zum Mittagessen. Ich werde hier sicher nochmal im Oktober 2025 bleiben.

JJLYN LOHI stayed in this hotel for 5 nights after my 6D5N group tour in Guiyang. Excellent front desk staff, especially the front desk manager. Very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Hotel is very clean and odor-free. Good housekeeping too. Good location, about 10 minutes walk to the water fountain where the shopping centres are. 5 minutes walk to the food alley. Highly recommended. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Cchrischan1609First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name.
Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

GGastnutzer這家酒店整體體驗不錯，最加分的就是交通方便！離北站走路15-20分鐘，出遊特別省心，打車也很方便。酒店周邊很多小吃，顯得有點嘈雜，剛開始有點擔心，但酒店自己的環境還是乾淨整潔，房間採光通風都很好，床品舒適，這一晚是貴州這幾天以來休息得最好的一晚，服務也熱情周到，性價比高，下次出行還會優先選擇這家！

AAngeloTUnser Aufenthalt in Qingyan fühlte sich wie ein Schritt in eine ruhige, versteckte Welt, wo die Zeit verlangsamt und alles so konzipiert ist, dass die Sinne beruhigt werden.
Die Lage ist einfach erstaunlich. Umgeben von Grün und einem ruhigen See, das Eigentum perfekt mit der Natur vermischt. Unter dem Wasser sitzen unter dem Schatten einer großen Schatten, mit dem weichen Klang von Blättern und Reflexen auf der Oberfläche tanzen, war eines der entspannendsten Momente unserer Reise. Es fühlt sich intim, fast wie ein eigener Garten.
Die Zimmer sind gleichermaßen beeindruckend modern, warm und schön gestaltet, mit großen Fenstern, die direkt auf die Landschaft öffnen. Aufwachen bis zu dieser ruhigen Blick macht jeden Morgen ein besonderes Gefühl. Das Gleichgewicht zwischen minimalem Design und Komfort wird perfekt ausgeführt.
Wir lieben auch die gemeinsamen Bereiche: elegante Innenräume mit heilenden Details, Tee in einer raffinierten und gemütlichen Atmosphäre serviert und Außenbereiche, die Sie dazu einladen, die Umgebung zu verlangsamen und zu genießen. Alles fühlt sich gedanklich arrangiert, nie übertrieben, immer harmonisch.
Das Frühstück war angenehm und schön dargestellt, und die BBQ-Erfahrung war lustig und gut organisiert, was einen entspannten und sozialen Moment schafft.
Wenn wir einige kleine Punkte für Verbesserungen erwähnen müssten: Eine Größe im Zimmer wäre eine nützliche Zugabe, die zum Frühstück bereitgestellten Schnecken könnten von besserer Qualität sein, und während die BBQ-Erfahrung insgesamt groß war, Die Auswahl von Fleisch entspricht nicht voll unserem persönlichen Geschmack.
Das heißt, diese sind nur kleine Details in dem, was sonst ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt war. Dieser Ort ist wirklich speziell eine perfekte Kombination von Natur, Design und Ruhe. Wir würden es absolut zurückkommen und es allen, die nach einem friedlichen und raffinierten Ausweg suchen, sehr empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, mit weicher, hautfreundlicher Bettwäsche, die für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgte. Die Badezimmerausstattung war hochwertig, und die Hygiene wurde vorbildlich eingehalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl mit frischen Zutaten, und die Lage war sehr praktisch. Es hat seinen Fünf-Sterne-Standard voll und ganz erfüllt, und ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder wählen.

GGan Yung ChyanGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above.
I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel.
During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened.
Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white.
On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me.
The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up.
I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers.
Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

GGastnutzerDie Einrichtungen sind etwas alt, die Dekoration ist alt, die Ausstattung ist gut gepflegt und die Transportmöglichkeiten sind sehr bequem. Es befindet sich am Ausgang A der U-Bahn. Das sollte das Hotel in der Einleitung klarstellen.
Ich habe zuvor Bewertungen gesehen, in denen stand, dass die Hygiene schlecht sei, also machte ich mir ein wenig Sorgen. Nachdem ich tatsächlich eingecheckt hatte, gab ich die volle Punktzahl für die Hygiene, es war sehr sauber.
Der Service an der Rezeption war höflich.
