Lovely hotel,in the core area of Brugge downtown. Pity is there was a housefly in the room, unable to get rid of it. Otherwise all good . Breakfast is nice too .

Mein Aufenthalt im Crowne Plaza Bruges war rundum hervorragend. Das Hotel besticht durch seine erstklassige Lage mitten im Herzen von Brügge, nur wenige Schritte von den zentralen Plätzen und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. So lässt sich die Stadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Der Service war außergewöhnlich, und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, professionell und stets hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, elegant, makellos sauber und sehr komfortabel – mit allem Komfort für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbares Erlebnis, und ich kann dieses Hotel jedem Brügge-Besucher wärmstens empfehlen, der eine komfortable Unterkunft in perfekter zentraler Lage sucht.

Very good hotel with parking just downstairs. Just around 10 to 15 minutes walk to different parts of Brugge. Convenient but avoided the trouble of driving into the busy city centre. This is also the very rare hotel with water machine on every floor, and the water taste good!

My partner and I had one of the mansion suites on the 3rd floor. Although our room didn’t have a view it was spacious and comfortable. The toiletries smelt divine. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of fruit and fresh juices / smoothies. Customised omelettes were made. The hotel itself is boutique, contemporary and in a good location to Brugge Train Station, buses and also all the main attractions. It is nestled down a quiet street but still close enough to main attractions. You have waffles and fresh potato fries shops within a minute walk from the hotel, including a supermarket if you need anything.

Wir haben dort eine Nacht verbracht. Die Lage ist fantastisch und direkt im Herzen des Zentrums. Wir mussten sehr früh am Morgen abreisen und sie haben sich bereit erklärt, uns das Frühstück zu servieren, danke an die Küchendame. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie kommen. Unser Hotelblick war auf den See gerichtet, auch dieses Erlebnis war unvergesslich! Danke..

Hotel Portinari in Bruges is a gem! The modern design is both stylish and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bruges!

Locatie op 10 minuten loopafstand van de stad. Je kunt parkeren in een garage op ongeveer 4 minuten loopafstand. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Bij aankomst lag er een doosje chocoladebonbons en bij vertrek kregen we koekjes. De kamer kon schoner; er lagen nog haren in het bad. Ontbijt prima maar niet bijzonder.

Hotel is neat the train station. However, the Escalator to the platform of the hotel is not working . We need to find a elevator from the car park to enter the hotel. There's carrefour express and bus station to the city center right next to the train station. Really thankful for the early checkin cuz we arrived a bit earlier. The reception is polite and helpful. The room is clean and neat. Spacious for 3 ppl. However, they charge me extra money €100sth after I check out. Trip.com staff is also helpful for asking the hotel for refund. Otherwise, the experience there was satisfying.

Sehr gutes Hotel, nur einen Schritt von der Station entfernt, Personal der Rezeption und gut, es muss dringend gefordert werden. Die USA und China sind nicht ausreichend, weil die Zimmerfläche zu klein ist. Einige schmeckt anders. Die Hoteltür ist etwas schwierig, Empfehlungen zu finden.

My bunkbed didn’t have a curtain so I asked to change at reception. Unfortunately, I was changed to a bunkbed next to the door which was unnecessarily loud. On my last night there there was also a constant beeping that everyone complained about. It’s a clean hostel with a pub, which was pretty cool. My room was in a building separate to the pub. The kitchen was great with a cute outside area to eat. It’s a bit of a walk to the train station but there are buses.
