I was also informed that the gym and swimming pool were available for guest use. Early check-out was conveniently arranged to align with my early morning departure. Additionally, they offer the option to pack breakfast if notified in advance, which is a great touch. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. An added bonus is that the hotel is within walking distance of Sharjah Airport, making it a highly convenient choice for travelers.

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

Mein Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Ruhe des Hotels hat mich beeindruckt. Die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert, insbesondere gegenüber den Fahrzeugen, die man zwar sieht, aber nie hört. Das Hotel ist sowohl mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch mit Taxameter erreichbar. So erreichen Sie bequem den Bahnhof und können in andere Städte der Emirate reisen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, und der Service war diskret und zuvorkommend. Das optionale Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und bietet ausreichend Nahrung für einen halben Tag. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir der flexible Check-out, der ausnahmsweise bis 15:00 Uhr statt 12:00 Uhr verlängert werden kann. Ich war rundum zufrieden. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht, bevor wir vom Flughafen Schardscha abgeflogen sind. Vorteile: - In der Nähe gibt es ein kleines Carré Four mit KFC und Papa John's, damit wir genug trinken konnten. - Das Zimmer war sauber und das Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. - Wir durften unser Gepäck nach dem Checkout dort lassen. Nachteile: - Es gab kein warmes Wasser, also mussten wir in der Kälte Schlittschuh laufen.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es in der Nähe der Sharjah Exhibition Hall liegt, nur zehn Gehminuten entfernt. Liebe chinesische Reisende, bucht es bitte nicht! Es hat viele Nachteile: 1. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet; die Türen weisen Einbruchsspuren auf, und die Zimmer und Toiletten sind sehr alt. Da das Hotel in der Nähe einer Straße und einer Moschee liegt, ist die Schalldämmung mangelhaft. 2. Ich bin schon oft im Ausland gewesen, aber für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel ist die Frühstücksauswahl winzig und das Essen nicht besonders schmackhaft. 3. Am seltsamsten ist jedoch, dass das Hotel keine Gepäckaufbewahrung anbietet und dafür Gebühren verlangt.

Dies war nicht mein erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und ich schätze die hervorragende Lage, das Essen und den Service weiterhin sehr. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung hielt mein Zimmer sehr sauber. Einziges kleines Manko: Das Zimmer war aufgrund des Fensters zum Nachbargebäude etwas dunkel. Vielleicht könnte eine hellere Beleuchtung im Zimmer die Atmosphäre verbessern. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel empfehlen.
