Jeder im Hotel war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich hatte meinen Rasierschaum vergessen und konnte mir an der Rezeption welche holen. Das Zimmer war sauber und es war schön und ruhig. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Rein und gutes Frühstück

We booked the hotel that day, because of the snow squall at London so we better stay overnight. The price is reasonable and the service is spot on. We have second floor room. The door knob is quite stuck but it's ok. The room is very clean, with a microwave, and the amenities are good. My daughter had a great time. We didn't try the swimming pool but it looks clean and inviting. Breakfast was small but cozy, the lady who in charge is very sweet. There are enough options for all of us, plus coffee and juice. We had a great time there.

We recently stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Brantford for five days during a recent visit to the Ontario area. The hotel is a new-ish complex off the highways with convenient access and a fast food complex (Tims, Wendys, KFC, Taco Bell, Indian) within walking distance. The design of the property is to incorporate a few more kitchen-style amenities into a larger room ideal for longer stays (think basement suite but in a hotel). The hotel has a pool with excellent access times (no hot tub), and it also has a fitness center accessible 24/7 along with several meeting rooms for events. Front desk staff (all of them) during check in, extending stay and overall assistance were great. For some reason, one of our key cards deactivated a few times over the course of our stay, which was quickly resolved in both cases. The room was spacious and equipped with a medium sized fridge, freezer, microwave, dishes and cutlery for use. You are able to rent for free a hot plate and cookware if needed (we did not opt to). The furnishings were very nice and modern, the accommodations were clean (sheets, etc.) overall. The only minor faults I noticed were utensils not completely clean - some had water stains and slight residue from prior use. We were very comfortable nevertheless and the blinds were great at keeping the sunlight out. Breakfast was a good offering, however I do have a bit of an issue that it was offered as a “hot breakfast”, The general norm I've come to understand is that a hot breakfast will include hot proteins like eggs, bacon… the only things that were hot were the oatmeal, DIY waffles, toast and breakfast sandwiches after heating them up in the microwave. They also did not rotate or offer variety over the course of the stay (five nights) which became a bit tiresome. Moreover, you have to be on time for breakfast, as they will pull the curtains on you (quite literally) at 9:30. A suggestion to elevate this to a stellar offering would be to consider incorporating a few hot trays (eggs, bacon, sausage) and rotate them with the breakfast sandwiches. Also, some folks felt rushed to grab items at 9:30, so perhaps an extension to 10am may be helpful for late risers. Can't give half circles - a one night stay would've been a 5, but it trended down a bit given the longer stay. Overall, despite the downfalls (which were minor in the grand scheme of things), provided you mix up your breakfast and eat out every now and then for longer stays, the Home2 Suites Brantford is a very good showing indicative of its current rating on TripAdvisor. The value is really good for what you receive, that is if you are willing to be a further distance away from the GTA and Niagara Falls area. Toller Aufenthalt in einem schönen ruhigen und komfortablen Zimmer. Sehr sauber und nah an allem was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Der Preis war mehr als perfekt und ich würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen, hier zu übernachten, wie ich es in der Vergangenheit schon oft getan habe.

Ich musste für ein paar Nächte in Brantford sein und habe sich entschieden, im Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brantford zu bleiben, weil ich immer für IHG Hotels wähle, wenn ich kann. Plus, Brantford hat sehr wenige Möglichkeiten zur Unterkunft. Ich kam später am Abend und der Eincheck war ein Brise. Ich buchte ein Doppelzimmer. Zimmer 612 befindet sich am Aufzug, so wenn Lärm für Sie ein Problem ist, würde ich ein anderes Zimmer beantragen. Da ich teilweise hören verschlechtert, war der Lärm vom Wind direkt über den Halle mehr wie ein weißer Lärm für mich. Ich vermute, es könnte für andere höher sein. Schlüsselkarten funktionierten ohne Probleme. Zimmer war sauber und teuer. Das Badezimmer hat einen schönen Spiegel mit Beleuchtung, der für die Make-up-Anwendung groß war. Neben der Seifebar, die Ihre Hände wie die meisten Hotels trocknete, waren die im Badezimmer verfügbaren Produkte (Schampoo, Klimaanlage, Körperwasch) gute Qualität. Ich musste nicht einmal mein eigenes Gebrauch machen, weil ich das Marke und den Dusch gefallen hatte. Das Badezimmer hatte einen Tub/Duschkombo. Tub ist nicht so groß, so dass wenn du Bad magst, dann magst du es vielleicht nicht so viel. Dusch war groß. Ich mag Duschen heißer als die Feuer, wenn Hades, so war ich glücklich mit dem Wasserdruck und konsistenter Temperatur. Die Betten waren super komfortabel. Die Kissen waren perfekt fest. Die Betten waren weich und adäquat. Die Matratzen waren auch perfekt fest. Ich habe nicht versucht, das Sofa auszuprobieren, aber es sah sauber aus und ich bin sicher, es ist komfortabel auf sitzen. Das Zimmer hatte auch einen Safe, den ich nicht öffnen konnte, weil es geschlossen und verschlossen war. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Standard-Minikühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Keurig. Das Erreichen des Front Desk für zusätzliche Gewebe und Kaffeebecher war ein wenig eine Herausforderung. Dies war wahrscheinlich aufgrund der kurzen Personalisierung. Wenn Sie etwas brauchen, sind Sie besser einfach gehen und fragen Sie persönlich statt anrufen. Ich mache mit Front Desk kommunizierte spätere Checkouts besser mit Housekeeping, weil ich einen späten Checkout hatte und Housekeeping kam auf meine Tür zu klopfen 4 verschiedene Zeiten. Sie waren super schön und erklärte, sie werden nicht über späten Checkouts notifiziert. Kein Fehler. Diese Leute machen eine tolle Arbeit und harte Arbeit, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie einen komfortablen Aufenthalt haben, so scheißt nicht ihre Kopf ab, wenn sie schlagen, um zu prüfen, ob Sie noch da sind, wenn Sie zu spät auschecken. Es kann irritierend sein, aber sie machen nur ihre Arbeit. Insgesamt war das ein toller Aufenthalt und das Personal war wunderbar. Ich hoffe, dass ich nie wieder in Brantford bleiben muss, aber wenn ich das tue, werde ich hier sicherlich prüfen.

The staff are polite and attentive, the hotel was fully booked but we still received excellent customer service, to them a 5/5, Samantha and the front desk particularly. The beds were comfortable, the linens are getting old and could use an upgrade 3/5. Television was alight, we were here to experience a cultural event so tv wasn't a priority. The downfall and reason for the low score: the dust in the room and vents in bathroom need a deep cleaning. My partner had an asthma attack that brought us the the hospital on our first night, and the second again he was using his emergency puffer. This is an issue that is easily remedied. The bathroom was clean, but there too needs an update to the shower: the curtain needs a replacement as does the shower head. The water pressure and temperature was great! For a full hotel, it was quite quiet. The breakfast bar was typical for this range of hotel and pretty much exactly what is served at this chain, it's not great but gives you something before getting on with your day, and it's free... so why complain? We would probably stay here again if there was more attention paid to the cleanliness.
