Getting out of the car there were cigarette butts all over the parking lot where the staff would go out and smoke and throw them down, The hotel immediately stunk like dog when you walk in. (I didn’t know it was a pet friendly hotel before booking) The elevator didn’t work properly, took you 10 tries just to get the door shut. They masked the smell of dog with cheap wall fragrances that gagged you bc it was too strong, the floors looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped since the place opened so glad I brought my house shoes. While laying in the hard queen sized mattress the light fixture cover above our bed FELL OUT OF THE LIGHT and hit me and my husband on the shoulder and nearly our face. I went down to the lobby to explain what happened and they proceeded to blow me off and gossip and make fun of the situation. When we left not one word was said to us, staff was very unfriendly and rude. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. It was nothing like the pictures or description on the listing.

Not enough towels or toilet paper. No where to hang a towel in the bathroom. Not worth the money paid

Overall the place was clean and taken care of. We had an issue with the people in the room above us we tried just ignore the first night but it was no stop them running around up there all hours of the night and day so we didn't want to be them people but we had tk tell staff about it they was kind enough to put us in another room since we had one night left.

Room was disgusting! Pet hair everywhere!! Cleaning staff has put linens over linens instead of changing them!! Towel was visibly dirty! No remote for tv so we couldnt change channels. The smell in the whole place was awful! We brought it to the staffs attention and she was nice about it and showed us another room which was worse! It had pet hair on the actual mattress!! She brought us all new linens to accommodate us which was great!We had to put towels down on the floor to walk on because of the hair! It obviously had not been cleaned! That was 💯 totally unacceptable! Dirtiest place i have ever had to stay! I dont expect frills but i do expect a clean room!

I booked two queen rooms, after a hot and exhausted day at silver dollar city we where ready for our rooms and hot showers. We go to Red Roof Hotel to relax and enjoy our stay. We got there at 7:00.pm. They tell us they dont have any queen rooms available, we reserved the rooms around 11:00 am . They told us to give them an hour and they would have our rooms ready. So hot, tired we went to Walmart for an hour. We came back and they said they didnt have any queen rooms. But they could give us double rooms. Was suppose to get refund for difference. But did not get it. Also the bathtub was dirty, and the air-conditioned leaked water in our floor. I would not recommend this place to anyone .and tge hot water was barely warm.

This place was disgusting. We arrived and got our keys at 9pm then we left shortly and got back at 11. When we went to enter our room, it was not cleaned. Bed was not made, all dresser drawers were opened. The place had a bad smell to it. We told the front desk and they gave us a new room. I found hairs on the two towels I was given, there was a stain on the bedsheet, and my chargers wouldn’t stay in the outlet in the wall. The shower was gross, I had to wear my shoes. Dust all over the picture above the bed. I would never stay here again. We checked out at 6:45am because we were so ready to get out of there! We would have left and got a different place if it hadn’t already been almost midnight!

We felt safe with the parking area, I realize you are a Pet Friendly hotel. but you really need to disinfect every week the odor was terrible..The Staff was very Welcoming..I realize you can not be out watching that people are cleaning up from their pets doing their business and you do supply the items for them to pick up their pets poop, but it is not a good site to see poop as you are walking into go to your room and someone has just left it, maybe have staff to walk the area .. we did not have breakfast so I can not speak on that

We checked out early due to someone trying to break into our room while under the influence. My 10 month old son was inside and this man was actively trying to break into our room. We left immediately after will not be booking here again.

Friendly staff! Clean rooms and good breakfast. Just exactly what we needed for our stay. Great location also.
