Quality Inn Branson - Hwy 76 Central

Finding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the strip. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.

IT WAS THE DIREST AND NASTINESS OF HOTELS!!! Poor service poor room cleaning!! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

Please, if you are someone who cares about their health and is traveling with children, do not stay at this hotel in Missouri. It's not just a place for you; the rooms are permeated with foul odors, and I'm not referring to cigarette smoke. The carpets are filthy; you can't walk there and rest. We had a terrible experience at this place this past Fourth of July weekend. We had booked and paid for a room for two nights, but we couldn't even stay for one. When we went to the room a while later and wanted to shower, the toilet was clogged and the water was backing up into the bathtub. Their solution was to move us to another room. This room was dirty; there was hair in the bathtub, dirt in the corners, and I don't even think they washed the sheets properly. We went to the lobby to ask for at least a refund for one night so we could find another hotel, but they refused and to this day have never resolved anything. So we went to another very nice hotel, which I will recommend here, for the exact same price. Very clean facilities, a very family-friendly atmosphere, and a safe and clean place.

The rooms were fairly clean, and although the pool was under maintenance during our stay, we still had a good experience. It wasn’t the best place I’ve ever stayed, but it certainly wasn’t the worst either. It was a good, affordable place to stay, and I would probably stay here again the next time I’m in Branson. The plus the AC was nice and cold The Breakfast was decent

The hotel was clean the staff was fairly nice there was a couple of them that were completely rude but nonetheless it was a good hotel and a nice day

Hot tub is broken permanently, sauna is not present, pool was full of dirt and hair. Only saving grace was the breakfast.

I had booked a 3 night stay at this location. I had read reviews and went off of the photos advertised for the listing. I was very disappointed to see the room was in way worse shape than what was advertised in the photos. Room had outdated carpet that was stained and smelled. Photos had advertised hard floors, no carpet. There were stains on bedding, lamp shades, dirty walls. Bathroom floor was dirty and there was an empty soap wrapper left on the bathroom floor that indicated it was not cleaned before arrival. Tub floor was also stained black with a dirty shower mat inside. We ended up only staying one night and checking out first thing the next day. Was very disappointed. We still had to pay for all 3 nights due to not cancelling before 4pm which was the exact time of check in. But I preferred to be out the money then to spend anymore time there. Personally do not recommend.

The room itself wasn’t as clean as I’d expect. The shower was dirty, the bathroom floor had dead flies in the corner and the sheets were stained. The pool was open 10-10 and was one of the main reasons we picked this property (indoor pool and hot tub because rain was expected every day of our trip). When we got there, the hot tub was closed. The next morning after breakfast we changed and went to the pool a little after 10 am. We went in and were told it wasn’t ready but would be ready around 10:30. We went back at 10:35 and the front desk said it ‘wasn’t ready’ to be swam in. We decided to go back to the room, and on our way out we saw the person in charge of the pool who said ‘it’s ready to go, we just heard her tell you that at the front desk.’ All in all, it was okay, but we decided we won’t be staying here again. Spend a little more for cleanliness and hospitality.

Everything was good, room was clean, breakfast was great, air conditioning was great, staff was friendly
