HOUSE RULES- $1000 fine for breaking the house rules including, - Maximum occupancy - 8 people. - Maximum parking on driveway - 2 cars. - No smoking inside the house. - No pets allowed. - No parties and events allowed. - No loud music to be played outside after 10 pm. - Please do not place pans and pots directly over the quartz countertops, can be damaged by the heat. POOL RULES - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. - Diving is strictly prohibited. - Running near the pool is not permitted. - Swim at your own risk. The owners will no be responsible for accidents or injuries. - Pool heating is complementary from November 01 through April 30 to approximately 85 degrees. A consistent temperature may not be guaranteed during very cold weather. - No Exceptions: All rules must be followed. This home is privately owned.
