Ausgezeichnete Zeit, warme saubere große Zimmer schön aussehen und stilvolle Bett komfortable weiche Kissen, schöne große Dusche alle sauberes warmes Wasser große weiche Handtücher. Keller Bar war leicht zu einem tollen Essen zu kommen und die Band war groß mit einer wirklich schüchternen Atmosphäre der Nachtclub war zu einfach Musik zu tanzen. Leicht zu meinem Zimmer am Ende der Nacht zurück. Es gab eine Lady namens Laura, die immer die Damen und Böden überprüfte, um sicher zu sein, alles war sicher, sie hat sogar die Löwenrollen oben! Alles das Personal war wirklich freundlich und es war so eine angenehme Erfahrung. Am nächsten Morgen besuchte ich den Spa, der wirklich großartig war mit Pool, Dampf und Sauna etc plus Fitnessbereich alle Technogym-Ausstattung. Dann ein volles englisches Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl an Lebensmitteln alle warm und schmeckt. Das Personal war gut organisiert sauber Tische usw. Gut das Geld für alle Arten von Gruppen und Familien, die bleiben würde ich dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Danke und Sie bald wiedersehen!

This place is trying to be everything; and it is missing the mark. Had to check ourselves in, which didn't phase us as we are quite tech savvy. But we had booked as a Legoland package so we found someone to ask for the goody bag and the lady looked at us like we were inconveniencing her. Asked same lady about food and was told we would need to book as it gets busy - booked for 6pm. Went to the local swim park - came back (starving 5 year old in tow) only to be told there was no reservation for us. Luckily the lovely lady on the door managed to find us somewhere. Kind of wish she hadn't bothered. Food wasn't great - husband actually wouldn't eat his main. Took ages to come. Becky (I think that was her name - short bob, brown hair) was the only thing that stopped us making a proper complaint. She was brilliant, despite being rushed off her feet!! Got to the room - only one toilet roll, not even full. Used it - went to ring reception for more, no phone. There was a QR code to scan to start a chat with the reception team. Very long winded. Did it - heard nothing back. Next day put the ”Come in” sign on the door hoping they would replenish - they didn't. Breakfast was CHAOS. All crammed into a small area - absolutely no flow at all. Bread ran out twice - guests had to ask for it to be replenished. Glasses for juice were still hot from coming out of the dish washer. The food was decent - much better than the evening meal we had. If you are looking for a basic stay, this will be adequate. Comfy bed. Clean(ish - there was a boot mark on the shower floor) But customer service (apart from Becky) was non-existent. Gym. Hotel. Sports bar....... doing a lot, but doing none of them particularly well.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Everything is so close to the hotel, the train station and the high street. There are so many lovely members of this hotel's staff which have impressed us and who have helped us to enjoy our stay at the hotel namely: Ayshe and Minu who work so hard to keep everyone happy, to Pemba who clearly runs a great hotel with Ayshe and Minu with high standards and also to Sangita who is without doubt a huge asset to the company and to the hotel in Maidenhead. Sangita has been so helpful and always with a smile no matter how busy the hotel is - nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she clearly loves her job very much because it shows! Thank you Sangita and all the team for an enjoyable and lovely stay at your hotel! We will be back.

Meine Tochter und ich genossen einen guten Aufenthalt in Travelodge Camberley! Die Rezeption war aufmerksam und bietet schnell und hilfreich ein paar kleinen Snacks, wenige machen unser 10-Tages-Aufenthalt! Ein kleines, irritantes Detail, aber wichtig während unseres Aufenthalts für das Queens Jubilee waren wir die schlechte Qualität des Fernsehsignals! . Andernfalls war das Frühstück großartig, so empfehle ich Travelodge ohne Zweifel.

We stayed at the Great House to celebrate a wedding anniversary and overall the hotel didn't disappoint. Check in was easy and our room was ready earlier than expected which is always a bonus. Our room was beautifully decorated with lovely touches such as pots of sweets, free water and some lovely classic touches such as the old phone. We had a river view room which is a bit of a stretch as you have to see over some rooftop vents to see it but that cant be helped and was very nice. The room was absolutely spotless and the bathroom in particular is very high spec which you would expect in a boutique hotel like this. The bathroom was incredibly hot but not a problem at all and a fan had been provided if it was or if the main room became too hot. We were woken up by a fire alarm which went on for about 15 seconds at about 9am and certainly was a bit of a shock and incredibly loud (which is a good thing in an alarm!) but wasn't ideal. The staff didn't mention anything but an apology would have been nice but we didn't raise it so maybe they weren't aware of the problem. The only other problem which we did raise was the service in the Coppa Club which is where breakfast is served. We ate there twice during our stay and both times encountered issues with service. We wouldn't have returned but felt obliged as Breakfast was included. Considering how lovely the hotel is and the service provided is superb it is a shame it is slightly tarnished by the next door restaurant. Overall would definitely recommend staying here and certainly didn't see any of the parties that some people complain about. Hopefully will be back soon.

Good hotel needs the hot water sorting out at times an tv signal other then that perfect

Der Preis war im Vergleich zu den Hotelzimmern wettbewerbsfähig, aber wir bekommen ein Doppelzimmer, Wäscheschrank, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Waschmaschine usw. & ein großes Badezimmer. Die Rezeption konnte nicht hilfreicher gewesen sein und es gab auch kostenfreie Parkplätze. Lage war gut, neben Kingsmead und obwohl ich über den Verkehrslärm besorgt war, war es ok und wir schliefen gut. Wir bleiben wieder.

Absolut großartig Wochenende, sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Essen war gut aus dem Hauptmenü, Frühstücksauszüge waren nicht unsere Lieblings:D Spezialer Hinweis auf das Mädchen/Lady am Freitag(30th/06), sie reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee (Es tut mir leid, dass ich die Karte hinterließ, die Sie uns gegeben haben) für 2 Nächte mit einer sehr freundlichen und professionellen Art zu dienen. (Er arbeitete Freitag, Samstagsnachten, stellen Sie sicher, dass er weiß, dass er uns gut fühlte.) Danke für alles.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Room was very clean, shower was great! Breakfast included in the stay which included a decent range of food, they also had ‘to go’ bags and cups which I thought was a nice touch! Overall perfect for a business trip!
