Es gab eine Mischung mit der Beschreibung der Hotelausstattung in der App ....Die Reisewoche besucht hatte keine Bar/Restaurant auch das Hotel hatte nicht durch Modernisierungsrenovierungen gegangen so fehlen USB und Haupthäfen

Ein tolles Landhotel, es fühlt sich wie zu Hause an. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und bietet Ihnen jeden Tag genügend Kaffeetassen. Das Restaurant unten ist sehr lecker. Das Frühstück ist bestellt. Wenn Sie mehr Tage lang versuchen können, verschiedene Optionen zu versuchen, können Sie sogar zusätzliche Lebensmittel verlangen. Die Serviceleute sind sehr enthusiastisch, obwohl sie manchmal sehr beschäftigt sind, müssen Sie nicht sofort hier sein, Aber das hindert nicht Ihre Feindseligkeit hier.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen Leitungsschrank, die Umgebung ist ruhig und komfortabel, der Raum ist gut, es gibt einen offenen Garten, es kann im Garten ein Essen mit Schalen essen, die Service-Personal ist sehr aktiv, aktiv die Kundenbedürfnisse erfüllen, nahe Winsburg, das Wochenende ist ein sehr hoher Preis für die Buchung von Zimmern neben dem Hotel keine Geschäfte und Restaurants, Das Essen ist im Hotelrestaurant, das Restaurant ist typisch für englisches Essen.

Der Preis war im Vergleich zu den Hotelzimmern wettbewerbsfähig, aber wir bekommen ein Doppelzimmer, Wäscheschrank, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Waschmaschine usw. & ein großes Badezimmer. Die Rezeption konnte nicht hilfreicher gewesen sein und es gab auch kostenfreie Parkplätze. Lage war gut, neben Kingsmead und obwohl ich über den Verkehrslärm besorgt war, war es ok und wir schliefen gut. Wir bleiben wieder.

We stayed at the Great House to celebrate a wedding anniversary and overall the hotel didn't disappoint. Check in was easy and our room was ready earlier than expected which is always a bonus. Our room was beautifully decorated with lovely touches such as pots of sweets, free water and some lovely classic touches such as the old phone. We had a river view room which is a bit of a stretch as you have to see over some rooftop vents to see it but that cant be helped and was very nice. The room was absolutely spotless and the bathroom in particular is very high spec which you would expect in a boutique hotel like this. The bathroom was incredibly hot but not a problem at all and a fan had been provided if it was or if the main room became too hot. We were woken up by a fire alarm which went on for about 15 seconds at about 9am and certainly was a bit of a shock and incredibly loud (which is a good thing in an alarm!) but wasn't ideal. The staff didn't mention anything but an apology would have been nice but we didn't raise it so maybe they weren't aware of the problem. The only other problem which we did raise was the service in the Coppa Club which is where breakfast is served. We ate there twice during our stay and both times encountered issues with service. We wouldn't have returned but felt obliged as Breakfast was included. Considering how lovely the hotel is and the service provided is superb it is a shame it is slightly tarnished by the next door restaurant. Overall would definitely recommend staying here and certainly didn't see any of the parties that some people complain about. Hopefully will be back soon.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Room was very clean, shower was great! Breakfast included in the stay which included a decent range of food, they also had ‘to go’ bags and cups which I thought was a nice touch! Overall perfect for a business trip!

Rein und gut beleuchtetes Zimmer. Große Einrichtungen mit Fitnessraum und Multitude-Gaming-Einrichtungen. Auch haben Sie eine Bar im Lobby. Dienstleistung großer Speisen. Alle genießen wirklich den Aufenthalt. Gut empfohlen!

Good hotel needs the hot water sorting out at times an tv signal other then that perfect

Ich war oft im Mercure Staines und die Angestellten sind sehr nett, mich in ein schönes Zimmer zu bringen. Aus diesem Anlass muss ich nach dem Aufenthalt in Zimmer 19 ausziehen.
