Dine indoors at the table for 6 or at the kitchen counter for 2, or head outside to the patio for BBQs and fire pit evenings under the stars.Bring your boat or jet skis—our private dock has space for two! The Welcome Guide is sent when the required forms and information is received. Guests have access to the whole house. Locked closets/areas are as follows: 1/2 lower level is not available to guests. This home is for families and respectful guests, it is not a party property. All bookings are required to sign a short-term lease after the booking has been accepted to satisfy community requirements. WHO WE AREThis property is managed by a local real estate agent. Property Owners rely on our team to book and manage their home for you and to make sure your rental needs are met. To make sure each property is well maintained, each reservation will require a rental agreement to be signed. The Rental Agreement is posted on this site and is available for review at check out. In addition to the Rental Agreement posted on VRBO, you will receive a Reservation Form that is required to be completed within 48 hours of receipt. Our communities are also governed by township Rental Ordinances which impose certain rules and regulations for owners. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTOur rental management includes 24-hour emergency response for any issues that arise. Parking is available for 4 cars including boat trailer. There are two spaces up at the roadside ideal for the boat trailer and/or 2 cars. The parking down at the house is ideal for 2-3 cars. Day Guests are limited to 4 additional persons. LAKE INFOSwimming and/or Floating is encouraged. Water is great for swimming and water levels are always high enough for a boat to be dockedRocky Shoreline access – lake level fluctuates depending on the season. Spring – Lake levels will be high. The docks do not start getting installed until late April. We do not GUARANTEE any dock in the water before Memorial Day. Summer – High Water Mark is June 1st. Depending on the weather, the lake levels may come up higher than that making the docks hard to access as their walkways will be underwater. We do our best to make sure they are accessible, but we cannot always get to them on demand. Fall – Water levels will be lowest, and docks will start to be removed from the lake until the spring. Boats can still be docked, water levels at the end of the docks are still acceptable for boat docking. Winter – Lake usually freezes, and ice fishing is popular. Any access to the frozen lake is “at your own risk”. HOUSE RULESNo Smoking inside – smoking outside only.
