This charming house is clean and centrally located; 1 block from the best coffee shop in town (Evans Brothers) and Matchwood Brewery and restaurant, 2 blocks to downtown. 1.5 miles to the base of Schweitzer. We provide 4 bikes (May-October) if you prefer to head out on wheels. If you want to stay in, the home has everything you’ll need for cooking at home, a smart TV, DVDs, books, games, crafts and a fire pit in the back yard and a covered, private back deck! The home is open, bright and clean with hardwood floors throughout the bedrooms, living room and dining room. Tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms. This house is well looked after and thoroughly cleaned between each and every guest. We’ve left you a manual with our favorite coffee shops, dining and activities!LIVING ROOMThe living room has a comfortable, modern couch and we provide a Smart TV, with a Netflix account, a DVD player and collection of DVD’s. The piano is available for some home made music!KITCHENThe kitchen is fully stocked with all of the equipment you will need for cooking and some basic pantry items with a gas stove/oven. There’s a drip coffee machine, blender, toaster, crock pot and more for those who want to cook-in. BACK PORCH/YARDThe landscaped back yard is fully fenced and a great place to hang out! There is a covered back porch with seating and the yard has a fire pit, propane bbq and flower beds. Dogs must stay off of ALL furniture and linens, you must clean up after them outside and their nails MUST be recently trimmed short. We have hard wood floors and dog nails scratch them up. Pet fee of $75 collected through VRBO during booking. This helps cover the cost of extra cleaning. There are two studios on the second floor, and this space, the beautifully, newly-remodeled 2 bedroom retreat, is on the main level with a separate provate entrance. Both tenants upstairs are quiet professionals, but you may occasionally hear their footsteps.There is a washer and dryer located in the basement, a large side lawn with a covered dining area, string lights and BBQ under the gazebo, and four adult-sized cruiser bikes for you to explore Sandpoint.
