This Newly Updated 1905 Bungalow is centrally located in Downtown Fruita. The home was taken down to the studs and rebuilt with the purpose of creating the best short term rental experience possible. The property offers a brand new kitchen, appliances, flooring, and bathroom. No details have missed including high-end furniture throughout along with a comfortable private outdoor patio with firepit. We also provide a lockable storage for all of your outdoor toys!Located just a couple of blocks to Downtown Fruita our home offers an open floor plan with a nice blend from the kitchen to the living room. The kitchen is vaulted with custom cabinets and quartz countertops. All of the appliances are new with an induction stove top and LG appliances. The large Island provides seating for 4 and we also have a small table for 2. The living room is super cozy with a sectional couch with a memory foam pull out mattress and comfortable chair. We also have a 70" Samsung QLED for evening entertainment after getting off of the trails!Primary bedroom is vaulted and has a king bed and the secondary bedroom is very comfortable with a queen bed and desk if you need to take care of any work while you are away. The private fenced backyard offers a newly installed concrete patio with a comfortable outdoor couches and a gas fire pit. The covered front porch is a great spot in the afternoon with some lounger chairs.
