When you enter the upper level, the water view will beckon you toward the back of the house. If you can resist the draw, the designer kitchen will compete for your attention. The kitchen, featuring a 14' quartz island and will be the center point of your time together. Have fun cooking meals with the GE Cafe series appliances. The dining space features a long table with seating for 10. An additional round table will seat the rest of your group. The open concept floor plan extends to the living room. The back of the home will likely be your favorite space - affectionately referred to as the Piano Room, as it features an antique baby-grand piano.Also on this level are 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.
