This property has a large master bedroom with king bed and 2 additional guest bedrooms (both queen beds) and a set of bunk beds. It has 2 separate family rooms with TVs in each. It also has 2 full baths. The downstairs bathroom includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook any meal in addition to the coffee machine, toaster and microwave. There is a shared outdoor firepit with wood available. The driveway can comfortably fit 3 vehicles and up to 5 if needed. For your added convenience, I live right next door to accommodate your needs and answer any questions during your stay. NOTE: Apple Valley lake is a private lake and the amenities are only available to property owners.Apple Valley golf course is a public course. Amish country, Wine country, and Mohican National Park are very close. There are miles of bike trails. Downtown Mount Vernon is 5 miles away.
