While the inside is completely updated, we're continuing to make improvements to the outdoor spaces. Our driveway is shared with the friendly business next door, but once you arrive, you'll feel tucked away in your own private retreat. We’d love to host you—book your stay and come enjoy the Finger Lakes!Harvest View is a recently renovated, modern home located in Penn Yan, NY, comfortably accommodating 6 guests, with arrangements available for up to 8 guests upon prior request. The main entrance is accessible via a ramp. The home includes 3 bedrooms—two on the main floor and one in the basement—and 2 bathrooms, both located on the main floor. The basement features a lounge area with a TV and ping-pong table, accessible from inside or via an exterior entrance.*Early check-in may be allowed. No fee will be applied for the first hour before check-in. $25/hr in additional fees will be applied after the first hour. *Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, cooking essentials), central air conditioning, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and TVs on both floors. Outdoors, guests have access to a full deck with seating and a grill. *Parking is provided for up to 4 vehicles.
