Relax and unwind at our 200 year old historic homestead, which was once an actual schoolhouse. Many renovations, including updated bathrooms, offer all the comforts of home. We are just a mile from the Jay Covered Bridge, 15 minutes to Whiteface Mt. & less than 30 minutes to Lake Placid. There are two fireplaces, a Smart TV, an outdoor firepit, fenced in yard, a babbling brook (hence our name) & 33 acres to explore. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunroom, laundry room, deck and porch are all available for guests enjoyment. The sunroom leads to the deck, that boasts gorgeous mountain views. The master bedroom with a King, is located on the main level.
