This pleasant retreat features 4 bedrooms, including 3 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for a tranquil family getaway close to the park and beach. With great swimming within walking distance (1/2 mile from the back door of the house), tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, a large playground area for smaller children, dual boat launches, and great walking paths, Ludington park is right out the back door (1/2 block away). We have parking for trailers, if you want to bring your boat, wave runner, or kayaks. The home features a well stocked kitchen, and an outdoor grill for your cooking pleasure. There is an eating area outside, and another area with a propane fire feature for relaxing around in the evening.
