Of course the lake is the best summer adventure, but fall, winter, and spring can be the perfect time for hiking, off-roading, campfires, wildlife viewing, family holiday gatherings, etc. That being said, we do not control the water levels and cannot guarantee you will be able to access the house by water. Unless there is a drought, there is generally 15-20' of water from early May through mid to late August. Minimum age for the primary renter must be 28 or older. Rules: >> Per HOA rules, there is no parking at the road. All vehicles and boat trailers must be parked down at the house. The driveway is steep but no need to be afraid of it, vehicles of all shapes and sizes are able to navigate it safely.>> No parties or excessive noise. >> No pets or emotional support animals allowed. Exceptions made on a case by case basis for registered service animals for physical disabilities such as blindness.>> Please respect and care for our home as if it were your own. Come enjoy our family's paradise at Norris Lake. This beautiful home sleeps up to 15 and has a double decker dock complete with water slide. Enjoy free access to life jackets, an aqua lily pad, kayaks, paddle boards, and more. The main floor includes the first bedroom and full bath and boasts an open floor plan, spacious kitchen, dining room and living room with games for all ages. The living area walks out to the large second story covered deck with great views of the lake and seating for 12. The top story includes two large bedrooms and a full bath. The bottom level includes a large bunk room, a full bath, a large utility room complete with washer and dryer and another large covered porch with a short (child friendly) walk to the the two story dock. While a boat is always fun to bring to the lake, it is not required with the "dock life" our home will provide you and your guests.
