This is a 2nd floor condominium, accessible by a private entryway and stairs with an open concept main living space. Get comfy in the living room and watch your favorite movies on the 50” television. The dining area is perfectly situated between the living room and eat-in bar at the kitchen. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen boasts granite waterfall countertops and all stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom is a cozy, yet functional retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. A king size Serta Sleep Number mattress sits at the heart of the room, offering a personalized sleep setting for ultimate rest. The bed is framed by soft, inviting linens and plush pillows, creating a luxurious sleeping space. The black out curtains drape the windows, ensuring darkness for uninterrupted sleep and added privacy. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity with ample counter space, and a shower-tub combo provides versatility. The guest bedroom has blackout curtains, matching Twin beds, and a 32" television. The second full bathroom is just a few shorts steps away from the guest room. Lounge on the private veranda in the shade of one of the Lowcountry's iconic Angel Oaks and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail under the soft patio lights. There is a community pool available for guests seasonally. Pool towels are provided. Access to the pool requires a key FOB and the area is monitored by an HOA installed camera for security purposes. The HOST is not responsible for pool upkeep and maintenance. Do not allow access to individuals who do not have a key FOB to enter. There is a $60 replacement fee for lost/unreturned key FOB. There is a $20 replacement fee for lost/unreturned pool towels. NO GLASS PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA. Most restaurants and shopping are within 2 miles or less. *STRICT NO PETS POLICY*As a private host who personally manages The Condo, I strive to ensure guests have the basic essentials for their stay. This would include items such as toilet paper, paper towels, basic spices (S&P), aluminum foil, paper plates, trash bags (1 per night), basic cleaning supplies, soap for dishes/dishwasher, a selection of ground coffee with cream and sugars, laundry detergent, spot remover, lint roller, and dryer sheets, just to name a few.There are 4 camping chairs, a beach umbrella, (2) boogie boards, life jackets, and beach toys available for guest use. Lost/damage/unreturned items are subject to replacement fees.**There is a $120 cleaning fee per stay that is applied upon booking.*** This nominal fee helps me, as a private host/owner/operator, to cover the costs of the supplies I provide for guests, the laundering of linens, and cleaning supplies. There is a gas grill on the freshly-poured concrete patio .The kitchen is fully stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, cookware, plates, stemware, Keurig and auto drip coffee pot, slow cooker, Kitchen Aid mixer and etc. There is an adjoining dining area with seating for 6 . The neighborhood has sidewalks to walk your dogs. This home is 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.(most of the drive is interstate). The beaches are approximately 25 to 30 minutes. It depends on traffic, the time of day and the beach you will be going to.We have 65-inch Smart 4K HDTV in den, with Blu-ray player; 40-inch Smart HDTV in master bedroom;32-inch LED TV in kids' bedroom with Blu-ray player. Our beautiful waterfront cottage is perfect for your family getaway or a couple's retreat. One-of-a-kind piece of property sitting right on Lake Moultrie. The property includes a private dock and ramp access for your boat. Ample indoor and outdoor space, including a screened in back porch to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening to watch the sunset, firepit area, even a fish cleaning station on the dock. Catfish can be caught right off the dock and cleaned before you head back to the cottage to cook them. The main level houses the family room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room along with the master bedroom and one additional bedroom, each with their own bath. A full size washer and dryer, all bedding is provided and towels in all three baths. The great room is perfect for your family to play games, tell stories, or watch your favorite movie. Although you will probably find yourself on the screened porch watching the lake at its best or enjoying the covered dock. The kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher, Microwave, oven, stovetop, refrigerator freezer, and a coffee maker. You will find dishes and accessories to make your stay convenient and easy. The dining area seats 10 with 2 additional seats at the kitchen island. The loft offers a great place for a family or kids to have their own space with 2 queen beds, 1 full bed and a full bath. The backyard leads right to the dock where you'll find fishing at its best, including a fish cleaning station. If you don't want to fish, enjoy jumping from the dock into the water. The water is great for the kids to swim, play and enjoy the lake. Swim up ladders makes it easy for climbing in and out. Our lake property is situated in a peaceful setting amongst the Live Oak Trees, right on the Lake with many amenities for your comfort and to create a memorable stay.
