Disappointing. Hotel is in the student area, surrounded by high rises and a 15 minute walk to town. The car park works well. The bathroom wall was marked, the sink cracked, the hand towel looked as if someone had trodden on it and only one bath towel was provided. The wi-fi could not even stream for one device. The breakfast service could not cope with half term demand; had to wait for lots of items on the buffer. Would not stay here again.

There were only two front of house staff on duty, and although they did their best to be helpful, they couldn't do everything: reception, bar, and restaurant, and room service Consequently, drinks sometimes took ten minutes to arrive, and the food spent so long under heat lamps as to be inedible.

Booked for one night with we went to see Gregory Porter at the BIC. The hotel was a 20 minute walk to the BIC and the beach a little uphill on the way back but not a major problem. Whilst we didn't have breakfast we did enjoy a drink after returning from the show. Best thing was the brilliant value for money I've never had a room for such a competitive price.

We usually stay in different Premier Inn in Bournemouth but it was fully booked so we decided to stay in this one. It is close to the train station, about 10 minutes walk, and same to the beach. Room was clean, reception team was very friendly and helpful with helping us get us sort food for our youngest when the delivery didn't come.

Car parking a nightmare plus expensive Stayed for 2 nights, asked for clean towels and bin to be emptied. It wasn’t done, asked again and still wasn’t done Only 3 members of staff working covering all areas so service was slow. They were friendly and not their fault, they were doing their best. Food was average at best

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable especially the big bed was lush. The shower was lovely. The bathroom was spotless and so was the bedroom. We had a lovely stay all round and so close to the coach and railway station aswel.
