酒店房間很乾凈，面積很大，沙發坐着很舒服。價格相對很便宜。早餐冷的部分是自助，熱的是現場點，廚房馬上做了送過來的。

The hotel was amazing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and made our stay that little bit better! The hotel is in a perfect location for those who are visiting Harry Potter studios, only 15 mins away max! Loved every minute of our stay and we will definitely be back!

More than 5 , fantastic stay , made to feel very welcomed , room was ample , food was lovely and staff were very friendly. I’ve stayed here a few times and will continue to do so as I visit the area a few times a year catching up with friends and family

I stay down in Hertfordshire quite often but had never stayed here. This time there were more of us and this was the only venue that could take us all for the number of days needed and will definitely use again. Comfy beds, great blackout blinds and nice fluffy towels and body wash, plus the rooms are cleaned daily if you want them to be. The staff are all lovely, especially the guy on Reception/Bar in the evenings and the Chef Andy.

Great stay in a decent location. Staff were all really kind and looked after me and my family well. Would definitely stay again the bed was very comfortable and good value for money. The room we had was clean and quite spacious which was a nice bonus

Very friendly staff and excellent cleaness. I was very impressed by one worker called kaylen, he was very friendly and very informative:) there are also some good places to explore. overall I would definitely recommend the premier inn Hemel Hampstead west hotel.

I stayed at premier inn a couple days ago and it was very nice the staff were so kind and helpful with the issues I had, the food from the restaurant was lovely and they have a good selection of drinks at the bar. prices also isn’t bad and the room we had was very quiet and heard no noise and was a very comfy stay I would 100% stay there again

Really nice and clean and comfy room. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the days I spent at the hotel. Very good price for the value for money. Service was excellent very warm and welcoming people. Room was nice and clean, quiet and not too disturbing during the night.

The stay was really good the staff were lovely and were at the desk 24/7 to help and the food at the restaurant was very nice the rooms also were very clean and had no issues with them and parking there is also free which is always nice overall a really good experience and would definitely stay there again
