CGH Résidences & Spas le Coeur d'Or

So disappointed- our entire room stank of smoke, especially the main bedroom, absolutely disgusting and so unhealthy. We had to do an inventory check which took half an hour- we had no idea where things were. Lots missing so good job we did as said if we didn’t report it within 24 hours we could be charged. I have never come across this before! Bathroom radiator didn’t work and the sofa was extremely uncomfortable with the whole apartment being quite unwelcoming. The manager was really lovely and very helpful but there was nothing they could do in terms of the room. They changed the pillows but that did nothing. They did fix the radiator. Pool etc was our reason for booking, but hammam out of action all week, and pool v cold. We are waiting for the parent company to reply to our complaint- the manager wrote to them, and we did. They told us we had to go through the company we booked through even though our issue isn’t with them. We have written to them and they’ve passed our complaint on. I would never stay here again, no redeeming feature other than their manager.

Une belle découverte pour ce CGH avec une équipe d'accueil et capitainerie au petit soir pour vous rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable. Entre ville moyenne plutôt cossue, ce CGH spa entouré de montagnes à 6mn du funiculaire en vouture ou à vélo permet d'être à 1600m en 20 mn montre en main. Le confort toujours reste à saluer même si c'est la marque de fabrique CGH.

L’équipe est parfaite mention spéciale pour les appareils mini crêpes, nespresso,… Très bien équipé L’appartement et les prestations sont très bien L’eau de la piscine un peu fraîche Un petit bémol sur l’insonorisation verticale entre les appartements

Un accueil chaleureux par Antoine et son équipe Laurie (la masseuse) est très douce et agréable Appartement très bien avec vue sur les montagnes et le parc Tous les commerces sont à proximité, on a juste la route à traverser C'est le lieu idéal comme point de départ pour randonner

Comme déjà plusieurs années Cette résidence est excellente calme avec la navette gratuite pour monter à la station pas besoin de bouger la voiture Je vous recommande cette résidence piscine sauna hamman salle de sport Le personnel très agréable

Un bel établissement typiquement savoyard, avec un appartement spacieux et confortable. Un séjour très agréable, avec une localisation parfaite, à proximité des pistes et des commerces. J'ai particulièrement appréciée l'accueil chaleureux du personnel.
