YouTube video tour: https://youtu.be/r5hmHo4CnO0 copy and paste this into your browser for a walk through video This property is fabulous and in the center of Boulders most desirable area yet quietly tucked back on a large treed lot THIS IMPECCABLE AND CHARMING HOME FEATURES: - warm upbeat style for the adventurous traveler - sunny exposure to a private yard area - soft colors and stylish, somewhat masculine artwork - fabulous outdoor seating and dining area in good weather - an inviting private yard and trees. - private off street parking for one car. - an east facing entry clearly marked. - a main living room with wide planked, warehouse style flooring. - a gas burning fireplace - a gas range/oven - bistro style table and chairs and a fold out sofa bed. - flat screen cable TV - private WiFi When joining us you will arrive to a home which is 'rental ready' sparkling clean complete with bath soaps, shampoos, personal paper, basic kitchen needs such as salt, pepper, coffee maker/filter and all appliances. Oh and of course fresh flowers. Downtown Boulder just steps away............ The windows are updated historic and open to a private lawn area. The bedroom adjoins the living room (and the front porch) and has is king sized, four posted. - cotton sheets - extra comfortable comforters and blankets - bay window bedroom - a fully stocked kitchen - rich leather chair perfect for curling up with a good book. - the bedroom also opens to the front porch which is mostly private and has wicker chairs and a front swing for watching BOULDER go by. -close to trails, parks, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and all Boulder has to offer. I appreciate and cater to the discerning traveler who looks for convenience, style, clean abundant living, and the diversity this property offers. This property is among long time and full time residents. This is not meant to be a 'party property' so please make other plans if that is your intended use. This property is normally the owners primary residence. While there are some personal belongings you the guest are invited to make this property your home for your stay. If you are accustomed to hotel amenities, concierge and surroundings this is not for you. If you are open minded and enjoy finer things with someone else's personal flare you are looking at the right property. This is a fabulous location and a special and intersting property.
