Welcome to this completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex unit with an open-concept floor plan! Located in Downtown Bothell, you'll enjoy being able to walk to Downtown's restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and entertainment venues! We're also walking distance to UW Bothell and Cascadia College, and the Woodinville Wine Country is just a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Seattle attractions are 1/2 hour by car; Bellevue and Lynnwood are a 20 minute drive.Each of the three bedrooms features a queen bed, and we do have a couple of memory-foam pillows per bed. The living room is complete with a leather sofa and loveseat, as well as 65" Smart Roku HDTV. Fast WiFi enables you to stream and enjoy a variety of media, including 65+ channels of DirecTV Now. Hardwood flooring throughout the home gives a smart and modern look to the interior. For more than six guests, we do have a nice queen-size air mattress available as well. If you fancy cooking, our home comes with a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Prepare your meal and enjoy it either on the island/bar, or in a formal dining room. A brand-new high capacity Samsung washer and dryer complete the space. The home is in a very walkable location, with lots of public transit options right off your doorstep. King Country Metro and Sound Transit buses can take you directly to Downtown Bellevue, Seattle, Lynnwood, or the University of Washington Seattle Campus. If you have a vehicle, there is easy access to I-405 and SR-522 which will take you to Everett, Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle, and beyond. The area's major employers are very close by: 15 minutes to Google, 20 minutes to Microsoft's Redmond Campus, and 25 minutes to Boeing at Paine Field. Parking is in the driveway, which is shared with the other unit in the duplex (there is enough room for one car per unit); street parking is also available. At the heart of the studio, a comfortable queen-size bed promises restful nights, while a inviting couch offers the perfect spot to unwind. The kitchen, though compact, is well-equipped to meet your culinary needs. Wind down from a busy day in newly built, above garage apartment (finished July 2021) next to my 1909 farmhouse. Surrounded by an English garden, this apartment has vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the Cascade Mountain Range. Fully stocked kitchen with an extended counter for work, play games or a nice meal. The living space has a 5 star queen size air sofa bed. The bedroom has a full closet, full size dresser, and a queen size select comfort bed. The apartment has full size bath tub with removable shower head on a hose. Laundry can be done in the full size washer & dryer. There is a small deck with a small table and 2 chairs overlooking one of the beautiful gardens. This property is located within walking distance to downtown Bothell where there are many great places to eat and to drink then have dessert! The city of Bothell provides the city park, including the Bothell historical museum, the library, and city hall and the Bothell Police Department are downtown.
