Wir sind mit unserer fünfköpfigen Familie – zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern im Alter von 12, 11 und 8 Jahren – nach Boston gereist, um uns Twenty One Pilots im TD Garden anzusehen. Ich hatte eine Ecksuite mit Stadtblick in einem der oberen Stockwerke gebucht, und genau das haben wir bekommen. Das Zimmer übertraf meine Erwartungen bei weitem, und ich war sehr zufrieden damit. Wandhohe Fenster mit einer fantastischen Aussicht, zwei bequeme und gemütliche Queensize-Betten und ein Zustellbett für meine Tochter. Das Zustellbett war ein richtiges Bett, kein unbequemes Kinderbett! Selbst mit dem Zustellbett hatten wir noch so viel Platz. Das Beste an dem Zimmer war meiner Meinung nach der Laminatboden! Kein hässlicher Hotelteppich! Außerdem gab es ein großes Ledersofa, einen Kühlschrank, drei Nachttische, einen geräumigen Schrank, viele Lampen und Licht, und die Klimaanlage/Heizung funktionierte wunderbar! Das Bad war sauber und die Dusche war fantastisch mit einem Regenduschkopf, Milchglastüren und komplett gefliest. Das Restaurant und die Bar Bar 10 im Hotel boten 24-Stunden-Zimmerservice und auch Frühstück. Das Essen war phänomenal. Es gibt auch ein Starbucks in der Lobby. Subway ist ganz einfach zu erreichen, nur einen Block weiter. Das Westin ist mit einem Einkaufszentrum voller High-End-Designer wie LV, Gucci, Jimmy Choo usw. verbunden, was ein großes Plus ist! Es gab jedoch ein paar Nachteile … Der Parkservice war super, aber sie haben vergessen zu erwähnen, dass er 75 $ pro Tag kostet! Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es ein Parkhaus, das man für einen Bruchteil des Preises nutzen kann. Ich hatte unser Zimmer mit einem Paket gebucht, das jeden Morgen Frühstück für uns fünf beinhaltete, Kinder bis 12 Jahre sind frei. Aber am ersten Morgen aßen wir und sie brachten die Rechnung über 160 $ ​​… sie haben es korrigiert und alles war gut. Am zweiten Frühstückstag änderten sich die Richtlinien plötzlich: Kinder unter 5 essen kostenlos … Und mein Mann und ich bestellten Bloody Marys, die 10 $ pro Stück kosteten, die wir eigentlich bezahlen wollten, da sie nicht inbegriffen sind. Der Preis für diese beiden Getränke stieg auf mysteriöse Weise von 10 $ auf 18 $ pro Stück! Schließlich listete das Hotel einen Pool als eine der Annehmlichkeiten auf und zeigte ihn auch an. Das war der Hauptgrund für meine Buchung, meine Kinder. Beim Check-in fragte ich jedoch, auf welcher Etage sich der Pool befindet, und sie sagten, leider hätten wir keinen. Als ich die Ecksuite für zwei Nächte inklusive Frühstück buchte, kostete sie 504 Dollar pro Nacht. Nach Steuern lag der Gesamtpreis beim Check-in bei etwa 1200 Dollar, aber sie berechneten uns insgesamt 1950 Dollar! Es wurden also zusätzliche 700 Dollar berechnet, wofür ich keine Ahnung habe.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Copley Place, Boston. The room was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults with two queen beds and it was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to access shopping and key attractions. We also enjoyed Bar10, which serves good food. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Very tired hotel in an excellent location. We booked a corner suite for our family, but were disappointed to find that several basic amenities were missing upon arrival, including hand soap, lotion, and slippers — items that would normally be expected at a standard 5-star hotel. Cleanliness was also inconsistent throughout the stay. Considering the high room rates, the overall experience did not feel like good value for money. Another frustrating issue involved the destination fee credits. We were informed at check-in that the daily credits could be used toward room service and other charges. However, upon checkout, we were unexpectedly billed for items that should have been covered by those credits. Although I had prepaid the room and associated charges in advance, the hotel still placed the usual deposit hold on my credit card. At checkout, staff initially told us everything was settled correctly. Fortunately, based on a previous experience at another hotel in NYC, I requested a copy of the final bill to verify that the deposit would be refunded correctly. That was when I discovered the incorrect room service charges. The matter was eventually resolved after some discussion, but I would strongly recommend that guests carefully review their final bill before leaving the hotel.

We stayed in a corner room , it has panorama view of Boston city .  The room is big enough for four people .

a bit old, but location is excellent, only 6 mins walking from East End station, no matter train, subway or Amtrack is extremely convenience. good choice for boston visit

I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay with my family. The room was exceptionally clean, and I absolutely loved the bed and pillows they were incredibly fluffy and comfortable, which made resting a pleasure. The room was spacious. I love the hotel had starbucks inside. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily return in the future.

The view was great from the room and the location just can’t be better.

Excellent location and service

We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.  

Room was big and clean. Great views from the room. They also have a decent restaurant that had fresh oysters going for 1 for USD1, which was the most bang for buck meal in Boston.

The location is nice．It’s near the center place of Boston．The breakfast is awesome．Here is a flexible of choice of foods and beverages．
