Overall, this has been a good experience… The rooms are large enough, and well appointed. They are not updated; they are definitely late 90s decor… But this is not a bad thing. The room I stayed in was clean, neat, and in relatively good repair. (There were a few small issues, like a lamp that would not work… But the staff did their best to take care of everything.) Be prepared for some unusual items… The shower head was WAYYYY off the floor and the cabinets have been treated with some “cleaner” that left them feeling sticky. (But a good wipe with a damp rag left them clean again… I’m sure that’s a Covid thing.) My only real complaint about the property is the lack of decent internet access… An arrival, the two upper floors Wi-Fi access points were not functional and none of the wall-jacks worked… (I called in a complaint to their tech-support. The staff had no clue what to do about it.) Even after they were working (two days later), the speeds were ASTOUNDINGLY slow. (Less than 5Mbps. I get 20Mbps on my cell phone) I lay equal blame on the management, the owners, and AT&T for this one… It’s obvious from the condition of the system that the owners are either unwilling to spend the money, or do not fully understand the impact this has on modern business travelers. (or both) I ended up using my hotspot the whole time. Hopefully they will update it the near future. Other than that it’s a decent property. Recommended.
