Checked into the hotel, and they claimed we hadn’t paid, when we had the room smelt of cigarette of smoke and there was a sock over the smoke detector.

Their room was on the small side but did the job. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great location, Fantastic experience, lovely room and staff here!

Staff were poor, quite rude at times, told I was upgraded from a superior room, confident it was a downgrade! Hotel had no food available beyond breakfast. Bar was open for drinks 4hrs per day between 6-10pm. TV in the room didn’t work. Mattress felt 15-20 years old.

This Hotel is a Joke. I cannot understand how it is possible for it to be affiliated to the Radisson/Park inn Chain. Totally run down building in desperate need of Renovation. Although the personnel is friendly minded, they cannot make miracles, therefore they are completely helpless, and they’re highest priority seems to make sure to collect 10£ per day for the ridicolously narrow parking space in front if the hotel. In 5 days the floor of my room was not vacuumed once. Microscopic shower, without water pressure. Safebox not working. Everywhere you look it‘s just rotting away. It was a mistake to book this hotel! Never again. Sorry for the guys who work there.

I booked 3 rooms for family. We arrived late but were greeted by a member of staff at reception. Our rooms were very similar, with adequate sized bedrooms, but extremely small old-fashioned bathrooms. There was an unpleasant aroma in the bathroom, where the toilet we discovered was blocked. We were assured that it would be sorted when the cleaners arrived. It turned out it was a recurring problem with the plumbing, which all 3 rooms experienced! The rooms are crying out for refurbishment, but they were clean. Breakfast was buffet style with a selection of cooked foods, but the bread was either stale or partly frozen. There was just a small selection of 4 small boxes of cereal and coisants. We checked the restaurant menu for an evening meal, but were told it was closed, due to the chef having broken his back. They were hiring a chef to cook breakfast next morning. There was no milk at breakfast, so why offer cereal! They said they hadn't any, but 10 minutes later, they found some. There was no sign of any management. In conclusion, a poorly run, very tired hotel with no clear person in charge.

Very, very tired hotel in need of a full makeover. Just some of the things observed: Room: Nearly every floorboard squeaked (annoying guests below and either side?) Bedside spot lights didn't work Shower controls - very low cold water pressure led to controls not working properly Tiny shower cubicle Multiple bleach-like stains on the carpet Stained bed linen Basin water pipe hanging off the wall. Elsewhere: Tiny lift. Barely enough room for two persons Emergency exit fire door on 2nd floor stairwell held open with a door wedge for 3 days Bar had run out of both draft lagers. Camden Pale ale was stale. 'Draft' Guinness actually came from cans via a contraption on the bar to suggest it was draft. Roof leaking onto the dancefloor Breakfast full english buffet every day was barely lukewarm

The WORST hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in hostels. I have been chasing by phone aswell as email for 2 weeks with only one response to my first email. I am now being ignored and advise the manager is busy when I call. Upon arrival, we was advised parking was £10 to stay in the car park, however the road directly outside of it (only separated by grass) cost me 10p... The rooms were stained with BLOOD (photos attached), unknown substances and the bathrooms so filthy I was avoiding using it as long as I could. The rooms have such large gaps under the doors you can hear every single thing. Between the hours of 12am-5am we was woken up by screaming,shouting and swearing from guests below/above us. I complained 3 times and was told each time it would be sorted, it never was. We was not even offered another room, in the end we ****** it up as we dont live locally and waited it out until morning before promptly leaving. I am taking this to my social media to ensure everyone avoids this hotel.
