Ignore the bad reviews it's perfect for the money...very clean warm.freindly..yes no sealant round bath but wow it's a jet wash shower best ever just direct towards curtain..no complaints what's so ever people just too picky for price..breakfast ok but same as every other hotel but better choice

This hotel is advertised as a four-star property, but it barely meets three-star expectations. The rooms are average at best—while the sheets and duvet were clean and acceptable, the bed stand was dirty and marked, showing a lack of attention to detail. The breakfast service was extremely poor. The “hot” food options were consistently cold, even when freshly brought out from the kitchen, and no effort was made to keep the buffet warm. The “fresh juice” advertised was actually squash, which is misleading. Dinner service was also disappointing, with staff who, while polite, were not attentive at either meal. The hotel offers facilities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, and spa treatments. However, charging extra for the jacuzzi is unacceptable for a so-called four-star establishment. Granted, this is the cheapest European ski location available, so expectations may need adjusting. However, even at this price point, the dated facilities, poor service, and misleading claims leave a lot to be desired. Significant improvements are needed to justify its advertised rating.

Budget hotel for sure... Pros: beds were comfortable, rooms spacious, plenty of hot water, weren't disturbed at night. Excellent location right next to the gondola. Breakfast was OKAY. Cons: very clunky lifts that take forever and frequent power cuts which is alarming! Soul-less giant block of a place. You get what you pay for and it was fine for a week.

We enjoyed our stay however it wasn’t what we expected, it’s a very outdated hotel. First off the staff are nice and friendly and the review is not a reflection on them. Overall we wouldn’t recommend the hotel unless you want a cheap bed in a central location (1min away from bars, clubs,shops) (2 mins from gondola, 5mins away from ski lifts) we won’t be back unless they were to update the hotel. The hotel is advertised as 4 star and back in the day it would be however this hotel has not been modernised since it was built and not kept up to standard. The elevators are slow and no very well maintained the amount of times we thought we were going to get stuck or a part inside was going to fall was concerning so we ended up using the stairs. The rooms are really outdated and not very well maintained the mattresses are hard and stained,you get one pillow and the covers and sheets are very low quality and not even the correct size for the bed we had to change our sheets 4 times cause they were dirty or stained, there is not PowerPoint next to the bed and 2/4 of our didn’t work when we asked if they could be fixed we got a flat out no and told to go away. The bathroom is rusted, and falling apart and the biggest issue is the bath and shower have no sealing so when you use them water goes over the side and floods the bathroom floor and the baths are cheap and feel like there going to give way. Positive the water was always warm and the heating was always on. The breakfast at the hotel was standard nothing exiting we decided not to go after day 2. (Hotdogs, back bacon, watery pasta, stail bread, nice meats and cheese) Hotel pool is not that warm and we were lead to believe on booking the hot tub and spa was included however on arrival were found out it wasn’t and had to pay to use each, the towels we were given for the pool were smaller than a hand towel and dirty we had to use our own. The pool is looked over by a guy who we think is there lifeguard but come off more as security. The ski hire down the stairs was actually really decent really quick with the fitting and very friendly the lockers were around £30 for 6 days which isn’t bad however again thought it was included with our booking.

dont bother with this hotel, spend a little extra and stay in another hotel (thank me later) this place is 20 year behind and looks like its still in the cold war era, food is basic and to us westeners poor, constant powercuts, decor and funiture is in poor condition, now emergency lighting whin in a black out, hotel staff just walk in your romm with not knocking on your door, you do get a sturn look and talk to by staff when asking any type of question , i did cut the back of my let frim a metal rod sticking out from under a chair ,as it was holding it together. that was my first and last time i will stay at this hotel.

Terrible, terrible, just terrible hotel! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Don't be fooled - its 4 stars are a total fraud, everything in the hotel is from 1950, very worn and worn out, crumbling, smelly, horrible just everywhere. There was a sofa in the room, the springs of which were coming out, worn out, with black spots all over, the beds were worse than those of grandmothers in the village, we died of cold and they informed us that it was not yet the season, and here it is a mountain after all and it's cold all year round, we got stuck in the elevator, the food is disgusting, it's like we were thrown 70 years back in time. And to the top staff and he was rude as hell. I don't know how this place exists as a 4 star hotel. It's not more than one. And by standards it should have been closed long ago. Run away from this parody of a hotel or risk ending up in a horror movie.
